Doctor informs MS's family that Suguna has lost her baby and there is a good chance that she may never get pregnant again. Everyone is shocked to hear this. Shyam is stunned. After the doctor leaves RS starts to poison Shyam and MS against Suguna, saying that she must have deliberately slipped and fell since she never wants to have Shyam's baby. Shyam and MS seem to believe RS.
In her ward, Suguna is sitting shocked. Shyam comes there and cries and hugs her. Suguna silently consoles him. Shyam then remembers RS's words and starts accusing Suguna. He tells her that he gave her so much love, but all she has given him is pain to him and his family. Suguna is shocked. Shyam tells her he will never forgive her and walks out. MS and family enter and RS begins to yell at Suguna saying she wanted Varun to be the sole heir to MS property. Radha keeps crying, but MS and RS keep yelling at Suguna saying she had cheated them off their heir. MS tells Suguna that they don't want to have anything to do with her anymore. He yells at Radha to dump Varun next to Suguna and come along. Radha sadly places the baby and leaves with everyone.
Doctor tries to talk to MS about Suguna's medication, but MS tears up the prescription and walks off. Doc comes to Suguna and she is unresponsive. He tells nurse to call Bhairav. Bhairav and family come rushing to the hospital. Doc tells them that MS and family left, leaving Suguna behind.
Maasa asks Suguna to tell what happened. Suguna blurts out that MS and family had accused her of killing her own child and had left her to her own. Everyone is shocked.
Precap : Maasa and family at MS mansion. Shyam tearfully tells Suguna that he will never forgive her and leaves with a bag. Suguna tries to stop him.
