Totally agree with you Jenz. Something different was much needed in the show other than just romance and bickering xD And after all this IS a medical-based show so yay for Medical Cases! =D

Liked the medical background they showed in the episode BUT there's no guarantee they'll do the same in the future too..in an episode if they can promise 40% romance/love story progress, 40% medical cases and 20% friendship/bonding between doctors, only then will i be satisfied.
