Did you guys notice the way she looked at Armaan at the end when she was thinking about her reason for coming to Sanjeevani?
It just gave a hint that maybe it could be Armaan which forcefully brought her to Sanjeevani..
I know its been said that she has come back for Riddhima,her sister,and even I feel that this is the reason but after seeing the last part of the episode today,it did give me second thoughts..
