Everyone is watching the inaugaration function of the hospital. There
is a dance going on where all the guys are dressed as anurag and the
girls are dressed a bit like aporna was on the karwa chauth day. The
song's lyrics talk about dhokha etc. Aporna is freaked out. Then from
the middle, anurag comes in. The whole family is shocked to see him.
Aporna runs on the stage and tells him to go away. For some reason
she doesnt see the people sitting in the audience. Anurag says that
if she admits once that she killed him and why, his aatma can rest in
piece. Aporna yells out that she did love him and that she had killed
him for money. He asks her to sign on some documents. At this point
she is really scared and is ready to do just about anything. So she
signs on the papers.
She then realises that everyone has been watching all this. Anurag
goes to the commisioner and gives the property papers. Aporna then
realises that all this had been a game and goes and starts yelling at
anurag. Anurag slaps her. Anurag's mum comes on stage and hugs him.
Next she goes to aporna and slaps her and give her a curse. Dad's
turn next..he slaps her too. Prerna then comes on stage and says that
because of you so many lives were spoilt and i had to lie and be alag
from my apne (she looks at bajaj at this point)..prerna being the
heroine has to get more coverage so she gets to slap aporna three
times. Komolika is watching all this. Realises that she needs to be
with the family so she goes and slaps aporna too. The police is about
to come and arrest her when the lights go off.
When the lights come back on aporna is missing. Deboo and aporna
drive off in a car. Deboo asks about his son and she says she can't
tell him yet. He says if not, he wont give her saath anymore. She
accepts and tells him to drive up to some house. Deboo runs into the
house and starts yelling 'beta beta' but can't find anyone. Aporna
comes in and pays the servant saying her work is now over. Deboo asks
aporna where his son is. Aporna calls out 'shravan beta'. Deboo looks
on in anticipation
