In this show, CVs have a short memory - just look @ how they've made Sarika & Ritu disappear, Pankaj go back on his word and nobody reminding him of it. Also, when Sushma was initially injured by Brij, even then doctors gave that same stupid choice, but despite all that, both were saved.
I think the CVs will forget about the damaged uterus, just as they forgot about the premie baby not being able to live w/o its mom. And that's where a future twist will lie. Jyoti will probably have kids from Kabir as well, and discover that her kid thru Pankaj was alive. And at that point, she won't have the support of her sasural in claiming that kid, since it's not genetically Kabir's, and since they didn't know about it during the time of marriage, they'd be justified in not allowing Roshni into the family. And b'cos Jyoti will have kids from this family as well, she won't be able to leave it either. End result will be either Jyoti surrendering and letting Pankaj keep Roshni, or her letting Kabir walk out of the family w/ her, and then battling Pankaj for Roshni.
I do disagree w/ you above - the non acceptance would be a problem if Kabir was close to his family. He ain't - he lives separately and alone, not w/ his father or bro/bhabi, so why should they matter? His bhabi looks like left to herself, she'd accept Jyoti, but she's advising him against it b'cos she knows what the reaction of her hubby & her sasur-ji will be.
Also, if this is a dangerous household that Kabir has decided to leave, why would he even consider it? Why not explain to her - look, I have a gun totting bro who's only too trigger happy, and that's why I left them. Don't I have a right to marry anyone if I don't get along w/ my family?
But you know what - I'm past sympathizing w/ Jyoti. For my own sanity, I won't sympathize w/ masochists. If Jyoti refuses to marry Kabir until he's united w/ his family, and then gets into the same situation as her would be jethani, I'd say serves her right!!!
