If you are an actor, and become famous in a movie. You are bound to be a "Celebrity" overnight !

If you are a model, you are bound to be called a "Diva" .

But not in the case of a poet or a photographer, with immense passion doesn't become one despite of years of successful career.

Are these words confined only to people who are noticed by public ? Why cannot a teacher become a Celebrity and a proffessional musician become a Diva ?

How can a teacher become a diva or a celebrity ?? 🤔 😛

I think a celebrity is someone who is recognised in a society/culture. They are just in the spot light due to the media attention they get and thus are called 'celebs'.. how can a teacher possibly get MEDIA attention? 😆

But, I wanna know if photographers and poets are deemed celebrities. 🤔

Why isnt that possible if a teacher could create revolution in the system of Education ? Obviously, media would run behind him/her to get the person in spotlight. Be it any proffession.

Like Abdul Kalam is known to thousands of students as a teacher. 😊

Yes, I agree. Whatever profession you're into, once you are able to set the notch, you can get the media attention and become well-known.

What 'bout poets and photographers, are they considered as celebs??

First, could you define a "celebrity status" and a "diva" ?

Is it the one who gets media attention or is it something else?? If it media attention.. then, I guess in every field, there is a celebrity be it a journalist, teacher, poet, writer, photographer.

What if a model is featured in the local newspaper while a painter is featured in the more widely read newspaper... In this case wouldn't the painter be a bigger celebrity compared to the model??

It all depends on your definition of "celebrity" cuz even athletes are celebrities to an extent.

But in case of Indian Television, all the wannabes too deem themselves to be Divas 😆 . Which is funny .

Well... I don't think all tv actresses are divas but yeah I guess they would be celebrities to an extent because of their wide popularity. Those actresses who do not receive such love from the audience will probably disappear in thin air or come on some reality show to further their careers..

For example, Rakhi in ZND is a celebrity but Mukti from the same show is probably just an ad model who was really not popular enough before this show.

Arindam Choudhary is a teacher and a celebrity. He is also a writer and management guru .
