Yes, there are a few fickle minded audiences, but there are many loyal audiences also. He has been sucessful in penetrating the collective conciousness of the general maases (either in a good or bad way). Negative media or comments can never do anyone harm. After all it is free publicity. If it could then a Salman or Sanjay Dutt movie never would have been a HIT!

Yes, a performance at the filmfare awards may have helped or may not also..Coz the way II-2 contestants were rudely shooed away from the stage, I have doubts that it may have been counterproductive.

His popularity can be judged by the fact that even his naysayers come to every thread which has his name to post some comments. Now, that is an irony is it not!
Only Stars, have such crowd-pulling abilities and achieve that!

But, if he is a fighter, he will make it, with our blessings or without it!

If you already own it then buy another one and gift your friends or relatives (or convert his naysayer to his admirer, by gifting them one😉) on their birthdays or weddings.😊
