Imran and Ranbir split!
Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan were hailed as best buddies last year and their chemistry translated on-screen when they hosted the Filmfare awards together.
They were even planning to do a film together but now it seems their friendship is on the rocks.
It was always Imran who tom-tommed his friendship with Ranbir, who kept quiet about the whole thing. Yet, they used to bond and have meals together whenever their schedules permitted.
Ranbir Kapoor did not attend Aamir Khan's party for Gustavo Santaolalla. The party was held at Imran Khan's residence which is a few blocks away from Ranbir's. Everybody from Karan Johar to Saif Ali Khan to Imtiaz Ali and Anurag Basu attended the party which went on till the wee hours of the morning. According to sources, Ranbir did not attend because he didn't want to face Imran and Avantika.
The problem started when it was reported that Avantika (who used to date Ranbir) and her mother Vandana tore Raajneeti apart when they saw it at a suburban multiplex. Nobody expected them to spew such venom! Obviously, Ranbir is more successful than Imran. Let's see what happens next.
