IF ONLY i could forget nupur
i could appreciate
the dialogues between sam and ash about parents/ leaving the past behind - the empathy between them / the dard of losing someone close/ the guilt
mayank for not becomming bitter in life and being ....mayank ...himself, fair and just , strong , confident and ready to help anyone in need. hes now an amalgamation of all that was good in mayank and nupur.
gunjan even (always liked her the least) for turning her soft nature and the sorrow in her to something useful like counselling others in same position
the way mayank and sam try to be understanding of the actions of the new guys and not at all judgemental
the sam-mayank bond which appears stronger apart than the whole of season 1(the car scene this week was really touching) the fact that sam looks far older than mayank, mayank looks far smarter and controlled than sam obvious reasons..
the bro-sis useless duo of rohan and riya bickering.
that nir whatever s one liners against riya , him going on about his mom
the improved editing and the connection between the scenes.
overall i could appreciate the way the story has tried to move fwds
BUT I CANT ....... bcoz i cant forget NUPUR , her chulbuli ness/ brightness/ naughtyness/ her smile / her plaited hair/ her loud voice/ her loud dresses/ her bossing over everyone / her pushing rotis into her husbands mouth / her saying mujhe sharm aati hai / her BY GODS / the innumerable eyelocks and the precious hugs and the resulting goosebumps / her saying main bhi personal hoon to mayank/ mayank saying kya bolti hai yeh/ the first time taht mayank dreamt of kissing off the icecream on nupurs face / how all of us literally all of us were pushed into thinking my god who cares what happens during the wedding- she looks so beautiful when they showed the promo of nupur in the wedding joda for the first time and again simultaneously felt by the time the ek tara was played-- please god let them get married bcoz i cant see them cry.... i cant forget all that...i cant forget MN together.
i cant forget the smile on my face that stayed put for the whole week following the play confession and the walk home ....cant forget the child woman that nupur was....her fight with sam ....the mother hen that she was towards gunjan...her absolute shrewishness / jealousy / nautanki / faults and the guts to accept them...her bouncing the basketball up-down telling benji aaj tak morena mein kisine mujhe aankh tak marne ki himmat nahin ki aur tum ball... which made our dil go..hai hai... her fighting with adhiraj for calling her phoolmati forgetting the fact she herself had told him her name was phoolmati....
the fact that these idiots didnt have a bday party for her in 3 yrs but now had mayank- gunjan celebrate it well frankly nothing much negative against the ongoing storyline except that cant get over nupur
