Why is Geet just standing there????

I just finished watching the episode, fab episode until the sari ripping scene.......urgh the twin trouble makers!!!.................first of all how in the world does a sari rip the entire pallu off??? I understand it splitting......but my god all the way from her shoulder down..............basically 1/3 of the sari just ripped off with a couple of foot stomps and heels??? are you kidding me??? Secondly, the piece of the ripped sari is on the floor right in front of Geets eyes.....PICK UP THE DAMN PIECE AND COVER YOURSELF AND RUN!!....she is standing their trying to cover with the left over piece of pallu and her hands..........she just standing there in shock waiting for the sari to sew back together???..............I got highly irratiated with this scene! 😡I found it stupid! I hope Tasha and Sasha rip their skirts while sitting!!!🤢

I was wondering how the whole sari got ripped off too!! That didn't make sense.

well she is there so that mann can come and give her his jacket so that later in night she can dream about mann with his jacket in her arms instead of mann being in her arms... lolz

The sari ripping so easily is definitely not realistic but it's a soap and more unrealistic situation have been put forward by CV's for viewers. If we disregard that I think Geet's reaction is realistic to some extent. I agree her standing there is not right but I don't think a person in that much shock would have the courage to pick up her pieces of her sari and walk away with her head held high, and you run away that could be considered cowardly and more embarrassing leaving behind a crowd to watch you run away. Sure being in the room with a ripped sari is embarrassing and uncomfortable for her as she is also crying but I think running away would make the situation much worse, it would mean she is hiding her face and not capable to face what just happened. I know that she doesn't and Maan comes to save her in the end but we also take into account that she is a shy girl who has been basically locked in her house and to be humiliated to this extent has got to leave her shocked and confused and not knowing what to do.
In the end I think her action are reasonable, she froze when confronted with such an embarrassing situation and it is reasonable.

woh kehtay hain na: frozen with fear on the spot. She got the spotlight on her in such an embarassing condition that I guess she could shocked and sorta paralyzed on the spot with fear of her condition and also looking at the faces of so many ppl at the party staring at her and passing comments
