Best song of the first half of this round. Ismail Darbar just blows my mind! It is one those songs that is perfect in every way - lyrics, melody, arrangements, rhythm, chorus, singing... A much deeper song than the fluffy 'Teri Ore'.

Now this is what I mean when I want the competition to be stepped up!

When your pitching is sooo perfect, you can really get into some exquisite gaayaki. Kavitaji's expressions are just tooo good! She teases, she expresses longing, she even laughs in sur! Her throw varies so beautifully to give attention to each word.

And her voice is so mutlidimensional and well rounded. It flows so smoothly and tackles this rather challenging tune beautifully. The tune requires strong finishing notes, because each line picks up from a different place to where the earlier line left off! Also, the melody has a lot of meend which is difficult to do and sounds beautiful with Kavitaji's flowy vocals.

On top of that, we have free-flowing sections of Kavitaji's aalaap, and her 'la la la' and 'ha ha ha' sections!

Kavitaji's sophisticated singing goes well beyond the traditional. Her voice is not just thin and sweet - it has body too. Her expression is not just smily - it varies with the lyrics, going from teasing to firm to jovial. This is not just a typical 'high notes and harkats' performance - it has many other techniques and embellishments!

10/10

I cant believe I spent all that time on this review when I could have been listening to the song again!

What an amazing song....you can keep listening to it again and again...excelllent MD and what a performance from kavitaji 👏 ...everything from her sweet voice to her harkats are par excellence...which can come only from a very very talented and trained singer...and the best part is she has sung it with such ease and comfort that you get mesmerised in the feel...can just keep listening to it again and again...a perfect 10 as there is nothing more to give!

"Teri ore is a fluffy song"????????
😡🤢 Do u think the audience is doesnt have any knowledge, to believe your judgements??? You have crossed the limit this time!!!!!!
Teriore is the MOST BEAUTIFULLY SUNG SONG, I dont understand you gave Kavitaji's nasal voice in these song a 10, & Shreya's crystal clear, pure soothing voice a 8!! If Teriore is easy then, I wanted to know what is soo 'Difficult' in this song?

Hunk please first edit your post and remove the profanities. I'll answer your question once you've done that.

What a fantastic voice gifted Kavita ji has! 👏 Her tone, right from the word 'go' ie 'Sharmohaya....maaf kar.......' spelt grace and gracefulness. As ktopden would say: Mindblowing fantastic history! 10/10!
