There is another post i have written. There I have mentioned that Mili's clothes may have any other person's DNA too, be it hair strand or dandruff from Abhi, Simi or Neetu or from any other person. But in India what finally happens based on how good the defense lawyer is, is not the issue here. Of course nakul can be saved from this case by all means. But the victim's(rape or assault victim's) statement as to who assaulted or raped her is supposed to be taken as evidence.

I would like to appreciate that CVs have taken an initiative to atleast create an awareness regarding this instead of making the show into a documentary or science fiction .

MeSimi, no-one is doubting that Mili's statement was not taken into evidence. However, her statement alone is not going to get anyone arrested and neither will it get Nakul charaged with a crime. Right now the CVs are not making a documentary or a science fiction show but feeding the public with false information and lies regarding a very serious issue. To support that makes no sense to me and I don't see any good reason to aid or ignore it.

What awareness are we seeing other than over-the-top drama?

Just my thoughts on what my happen😉

The only way I see NAkul getting nabbed is if he gloats about the incident to someone and the conversation gets recorded either by Omi or Abhi or Simi. I think this is a high possibility because Nakul being the arrogant guy that he is takes it forgranted that he can get away with anything. This will happen when he is almost certain he is going to win the case tab baaji palat jaayegi in total filmi style😉

Also this is a very filmi approach.(high drama) Kuch nahin hua to CV' s ko yeh angle mil jaayega, we have seen it in countless hindi movies. NAkuls confession on tape along with milis clothes, the axe, fingerprints on phone, possible electricity bill, along with other evidence of Nakul drugging Omi, doctors reports, financial ghapla with money in Omi's account will put him behind bars. Hopefully Daadiji ko bhi akal aa jaayegi tab tak.

All this DNA talk is just hype for prolonging the case. We have seen Simi's wedding also in fimi style with Abhi on the bike and goons chasing him. I dont expect any less action over here too .😃

We have a lot of drama and action coming on. enjoy guys😃😃

Only fool proof method there is and I bet it will happen since these guys cannot come up with anything new or intelligent.

You forgot to add the Fixed Deposit and the Title of the House😆

Enjoyment is one thing but being presented with stupidity is disgusting and ignoring it for the sake of enjoyment makes no sense at all. These shows are taken seriously by some people and presenting false information is just wrong.

I agree these posts are taken seriously by some people, I am not one of them, you seem to be, do what you want at your end to improve the show take out a petition, write to the cv's or call zee tv choice is yours.

I only tried to make light of a situation, because there is no way the Cv's can redeem themselves after the way they have messed up with the evidence and the whole molestation scenario😊 😊.

We are talking about the show not the posts. The issue of rape is a pretty serious issue and the mockery that the writers are making of everything is pretty awful and to find it all "enjoyable" when it is an insult to my intelligence is too much.

Yes, you did make light of the situation and I did that with you too so we both agree there. We can also agree that the whole molestation senario is messed up as we now have Omi handling the clothes!!!!😕😆😆😛

I just saw the final scene of yesterday's episode ... I now know what you meant by DNA and fingerprints! DNA and fingerprints????!!!!! The two are completely different things!!! For DNA, you gotta have cells (which is where the bloody DNA is found!!! In the bloody nucleus!!! Which is part of a bloody eucaryotic cell!!!!)!!!! When in damnation do fingerprints leave cells behind???!!!!

Not to mention the fact that even if fingerprints could be recovered (which would be major miracle), what the bloody hell does that prove???!!!! Just says that fingerprints have been found ... just like there would be ones from Simi and Neetu who handled her clothing much more recently than Nakul!!!!! So, how does that 'prove' or even throw suspicion that he had a hand in things (pun unintended)??!!

And let's not forget the 'gale' that dry-cleaned her clothing (which BTW looked pristine when Omi-ji shook it out of the paper bag), so if there was any hair that had fallen off during the scuffle, why would it still be lingering??!! Oh!! OK!! Duh!! Some must have stayed on because of the static from the polyester!!! (again, why does that show that he was the perpetrator??!!) Hunh?!!

These guys are dumber than doornails!!!!!

The biggest problem is there is NO way that there could be any DNA on him in the first place as there was no place where he could have got any bodily fluids on her. Even if he did have any or even a strand of hair or a bit of dandruff, it does not prove that he is guilty.

Second, I think it was from the show or somewhere here that I read that his fingerprints could show up and I was like fingerprints on clothing? That's not possible at all.

So with these two things in mind, it is impossible to incriminate him based on that piece of clothing, which now has been handled by Simi, Neetu and now Omi. I think Abhi hugged her somewhere in all of that too!

I am intrigued to learn HOW these guys will find Nakul guilty for what he did. I wonder if they will even go there or pretend to forget about the whole incident as they have done with the fixed deposit check, Title of the House, reason why Vicky was released (we do need the show people to give us the reason and not be expected to assume it or find the backstory - that's their job).

seriously n even if there were till now from simmi to neetu to omi every single person has touched them🤪...........n those clothes seem nicely washed n ironed too🤣🤣🤣
