Keerti....gonna be in on it?!

In the precap, Shilpa apparently fakes fainting and Dr. Armaan, being the sweetheart he is, carries her and probably is going to place her frail body on a bed.
But Dr. Keerti is in the ward. Won't she ask what happened to intern Dr. Shilpa? Won't she?

In the SBB segment, KaSh revealed that Shilpa fools Armaan into thinking she is a patient. Since the scenes shown in SBB are going to take place outside of the hospital, it is a safe bet that all the eating is going to take place after the fainting incident.

But how?! Does Dr. Keerti.....not burst Dr. Shilpa's bubble? What is going on? lol I guess Keert doesn't mention Shilpa's identity and treats her as a patient since she has fainted.
