June 23, 2010 Written Update

The doctor allows Pankaj to hold the baby, but advises him to allow the baby to return to its mother, especially since it is a premature. Pankaj tells him that he knows what's best for his child. The doctor tells him that he can't argue with him because of the offer Pankaj made to him. The baby starts crying. At the hospital, Jyoti suddenly wakes up. Everyone rushes to her side and ask if she had a dream. Looking at the empty cradle, she says that her dream is broken (i still don't understand why the cradle is still in the roomšŸ˜•). Poonam comes in and asks if she remembers whether she had a boy or a girl, and all scold Poonam for being insensitive. Poonam says that KK had called and wanted to speak with Jyoti. Dadi protests, but Jyoti agrees to speak to him. KK tells her to not lose hope on life. Later, Padma brings in an apple for Jyoti to eat. Jyoti says she isn't hungry. Padma then offers to comb her hair, but Jyoti says no. Padma tells her that saying no to everything is like saying no to life. She tells Jyoti that she wants to see her live again, and turns to leave. Jyoti pulls her back and hugs her, saying she doesn't want to see tears in her eyes.

At the Vashisht house CM screams at Pankaj for bringing home the baby and tells him to return it back right away. Pankaj tells her that the baby isn't going anywhere and if she tries anything, he and his daughter are leaving.

At home, Kabir assures KK that Jyoti will get through this stage of her life soon. He tells him that his Nani always said that brightness only comes after it gets the darkest. Deepu screams that all this has happened because of Pankaj, and they should file a case as soon as possible(or, you could take a peek into the Vashisht house). Kabir advises against it, saying that since Jyoti is in such a fragile condition herself, filing a case would just make cause for more questions Jyoti would have to answer. KK agrees with Kabir. Poonam gives Deepu food for Jyoti and Padma.

At the hospital, at the other end of the room a new mother is brought in with her child. Jyoti admires it lovingly through a gap in the sheets. Padma realizes this and blocks the gap. Kabir and Deepu arrive there with food, and try to be funny and make Jyoti laugh. Deepu gets angry that Jyoti only laughed at Kabir's joke and not hisšŸ˜†. Jyoti's attention is stuck on the crying baby on the other side of the sheets. Padma calls Kabir and Deepu outside to talk. She asks them to convince the doctors to move the new mother out of Jyoti's room. Kabir disagrees, and says that Jyoti has to face such things and she cannot be a coward. Inside the room, Jyoti walks over slowly to the baby and inquires about it. The mother explains that it's a boy and asks about Jyoti's child. The nurse gives the mother a look, and Jyoti looks away sadly. Kabir comes there and helps Jyoti back into bed. He tells her that happiness always comes after sadness, and he is sure that one day Jyoti will become a mother one day, and he promises her that it will happenāļø. Jyoti smiles.

Back at the Vashisht house, Neelam announces that she is willing to become the baby's mother. Pankaj asks her to be sure of her decision and not have any doubts later. She says that when you love someone, there can be no doubts. She takes the baby in her arms and smiles. (so it seems they are not leaving anywhere with the baby... won't it be just a little suspicious if one of the Sharmas arrive here and Pankaj/Neelam is suddenly cradling a baby in their arms?)

No Precap.

Does anyone understand that a baby needs mother's milk after birth? if they really cared about that baby, they would take it back to Jyoti!!!
These people are so evil!

Poonam's question on whether the baby was a boy or girl was priceless 🤣 - since Jyoti never had a chance to see it.

I can see most would laud Bhairavi for telling Pankaj that he's out of his mind, and that the baby needs its mother more, but I do laud Pankaj for shutting her up, and telling her that her power has ended. One thing I'll say - this is one lucky baby!!! It now has 6 parents. First, Jyoti told Pankaj that she was both mother and father to the kid. That makes 2 right off the bat. Then she told Kabir that he was the baby's dad, and she won't come b/w him and his baby. That makes 3. Then today, Pankaj repeated Jyoti's statement to CM and told her that he was both the father and mother to this baby. That makes 5. And finally, Neelam becomes the mother. So a grand total of 6 so far. Dear CVs, can we stop @ this score? šŸ˜†šŸ¤£

So the Sharmas have conceded this baby? I agree w/ everybody that Pankaj doesn't deserve it, but one thing Kabir won't have to make his family do is accept this baby - and I wouldn't blame them if they didn't want to accept a baby whose father is a psycho named Pankaj. Incidentally, Pankaj's statement to Neelam @ the end, asking her whether she was sure that she'd be willing to care for that baby, and not to have regrets later, was ironic, given that that's exactly what Jyoti and the judge asked him when they told him that the condition for divorce was his releasing all claims to his baby, and him solemnly promising it.

Of course, now he's gone back on that, so if Neelam ever turns around one day, he won't be able to blame her, even though being as shameless as he is, he definitely will. I do hope however that Neelam doesn't do to this girl what she's been doing to her father. I do think it will be priceless if Neelam decides to elope w/ Gautam later, on condition that he accept this baby, and so that in the end, this baby ends up w/ Neelam & Gautam as its parents. That will make it 7 parents, and it will also make her a de facto adopted child. And I doubt that Pankaj will be able to legally claim anything, since Neelam will then threaten to spill the beans that the baby is actually Jyoti's, and pull her back into this issue. And the bigger irony, if this happens, will be that Pankaj kidnapped this baby so that it didn't get Kabir's name, and instead, it ends up getting Gautam's šŸ˜†šŸ¤£

Looks like thanks to Jyoti's decision not to abort her pyaar ka nishani, her baby will have quite a circus in its life. I somehow am at a loss for the emoticons for this one šŸ˜•

P.S. Samirah, mother's milk is best, but optional. Similac and a lot of formulas are far improved these days, plus not all mothers can breastfeed them the first 6 months - a lot switch to formula a lot earlier. Neelam can certainly take better care of this baby than Pankaj - I know that ain't saying much! Like Sundara suggested, CM should take over the bulk of baby sitting activities, since she loves babying Pankaj!

New promo: Dadi, Padma & Jyoti start taxing Kabir re: his family. But if family is so essential for marriage, besharam-Sharmas, what about St Brij?

At any rate, looks like the track is shifting from Jyoti's baby to Kabir's family now. I can see the Sharmas reversing themselves once Kabir reveals that he is from the Mewar royal family, and start opposing him again.

Isnt the child a premature and supposed to be in a incubator for a couple of months till the baby has gained some fat. Didnt the CVs find out this fact as a premature baby is more prone to infection when handled with naked hands. And more over the baby looks too big for a premature baby.

Completely rubbish episode CV's are showing anything which don't have any sense.

1) jyoti had not celebrated her godh bharai than I consider it as she was in her 6 month of pregnancy so according to my knowledge the child born in 6 month of pregnancy does not survive.

2) When the newly born baby is declared dead to her parents that time the doctors' hand over the baby's body to their parents here there was no dead body of the baby and that cradle is still lying in her room.

3) And when a mother delivers a dead baby than the doctor does not inform the mother that your baby is dead.

4) And the CV's had shown jyoti walking as if she had not gone through any surgery and she had undergone a normal delivery.

5) Pankaj had stolen the child but are CV's forgotten that jyoti's younger sister still stays in the vashishth family and she has just gone to America for a trip and not to settle down over there so one or the other day she is surely going to come back then what answer that pankaj is going to give sudha .

These things only conclude that the CV's had completely gone mad.

lol guys these are TV soaps...it's almost impossible to find logic, reality, facts in them. šŸ˜›
But still I hate the way more than half of the Vashists have disappeared and there's no one "sane" in that house to witness what's going on!

After watching this promo I think the CV's had dragged the story towards kabir than why they showed about the tragedy happens over the baby and also now this is has also become sure that the baby will go in pankaj's throat.

Although I don't doubt that there are some good formulas out there, if you ask any doctor, babies (especially premature babies) are in much better health when fed by their mothers. There are certain antibodies which protect babies which cannot be found in even the best forulas. Not just this, but it is also proven through research that babies who are fed mother's milk have less of a likelihood of being obese in later life. If you walk into any maternity ward today in Canada or the US, most nurses and doctors insist that a woman attempt to breast feed her baby at least in the first few days to give it the protection of the first breast milk (which has further protection than than which comes the 2nd and 3rd day). In the 70's when formula was more prevalent as the "in" thing to do, all us babies were fed that. Later after research, doctors realized that encouraging this caused a lot of problems we have in Generation X-ers today - asthma, allergies, low imune systems, etc.
Anyway, my point was the baby went through trauma, and was born premature. It needs mother's milk and to be nussled against its mother's body for support.
