Forgotten possible proofs to get Nakul

Just before mili's phone died there was a conversation between nakul and mili happened where Nakul said what he will do to mili and what she deserved. and his confession to possibly do away with omi and neetu. what if that conversation got recorded. Then they can use that as evidence.

2ndly Nakul touched her phone and threw it away. he might have touched her bag too,

Even though they don;t have clothing they should use other object for forensic exam to find Nakul's DNA .

So if the convo got recoreded that is the proof itself of what nakul was trying to do with mili along with possible DNA sample from the phone.

Let us hope they find some solid proof agaist him to put him away for long time.

The CVs will do nothing original, feed everyone with rubbish and they give us another high drama.

We don;t know. May be Nakul pushed some buttons by accident. even though abhi did not reply he heard it all before mili's phone got switched off or what ever,

So true mili touched the phone but Nakul did too and It may have his fingerprints. on the place mili has not touched. and let us hope he touched her bag.

That is why I say possible proofs and I hope they take this angle which is more logical.'

Since they have touched upon the subject.

It is also possible Nakul is too arrogant and still have not washed those clothes and Omi snoop around and steal and give it to simi as he figures out Nakul is gulity.. Which is highly unlikely but possible.

You have put forth "maybes" but we know for a fact that Nakul did not dial another number as Abhi could hear the phone conversation hence the reason he ran to the house.

Regarding the phone and finger prints - highly unlikely considering how a phone is used. Nakul could have touched her phone at anytime during the time he knew her.

The CVs never did a good job at finding a loophole. Unless Nakul incriminates himself, there is nothing that Mili can do here.

I am not sure if in India, but in US, some phone calls are recorded by the company.
