Somehow I feel, she is Maan's stepmother (2nd wife or ............ of this father), so she calls him chote malik while she call Dev by name. Even Nayantara's words emphasize that when she says that " Dev will get his share of this property / mansion....

You know what I just remembered... when Geet says "dusht" I thought of Muskaan on Holi, when she thinks she's Kali Maa, and calls Rahul a "dusht" and "paapi".
