Yeah her fans usually notice that the first place she tends ot put on weight on is her arms, lol

i agree about her big pathan arms.. so sweetly she confessed it

in the song "kuch toh baaki hai" of milenge milenge , in one scene where her thighs are shown, she has such heavy thighs and arms, those days when kareena had more weight
