You know guys at least one positive came out of this extremely blood suckingly long love triangle....the number of beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful AR scenes we got to see that we might have not otherwise. 😊
Even if AR didn't get together just thinking about the amazing AR scenes we got to see in this situation is actually quite immense and illustrious of their LOVE. Imagine if they got together straightway then we would have never got to see how depressed they were from staying apart, how much they longed for each other knowing that they can never be together, the anger they felt for themselves for committing that one mistake which changed their lives, the remarkable way they portrayed their feelings and emotions-whether it would be through talking with their eyes or using cards to say good-bye, the grand meeting in Pune after months of waiting, those magnificent scenes in the fire-escape where they shared their very own perfect memories, the heart-wrenching song sequences which defined their feelings and thoughts, those majestic moments where they would talk to eachother in order to ease the complication of the situations, their profound and absolute love spoke volumes without words, the recent scene we have got to see where they could go to any extent for their love with no regard to their own happiness and many more. These scenes proved to me that no matter who they spend the rest of their lives with their love in unparallel and unmatchable to a great degree. Armaan and Riddhima sensing scenes have been a phenomenal treat to watch-we hardly got sensing scenes when they were together. They were able to feel eachother's presence even after months of separation. We got an amazing vision of this at their meeting in Pune where Riddhima could feel the change in air when Armaan entered-after this we got to see many more. We got to see how AR were living half lives when not together, we saw their desperation to be with eachother, to turn back time and to change the circumstances they are bound to live in. I am sure that most of you will agree that it's extremely hard seeing the person you love, love someone-else-yet Armaan was prepared to go through such test and pain for Riddhima's happiness. Would we have got to see such sacrifice in the name of love if AR were together? Riddhima loved Armaan, not only for who he was but for who she was when she was with him. Love gave these two loads of pain and sacrifices but they were ready to take that with open arms as it was better than not being in love with the other. This track gave us the deepest insight to AR's love then ever before and showed us how separation can destroy their personality to an extent. Such scenes were a blessing to watch even it made me cry. Here are a few of my favourite AR scenes during this love triangle phase: You can add some of your own as well. 😃
-Riddhima and Kirti convo at the fire-escape. Riddhima's dilemma was beautifully expressed. How she wished she could turn back time even though she knows that time has never given her anything apart from grief and sorrow. How she wished that God gave her some indication of Armaan's return so that she would have never got married. How the helplessness of the situation has forced her to hurt Armaan without meaning to. How she was trying to find out a method to break the news to Armaan-it would hurt her to tell him as much as he would be to hear it. The desolation and her misery was extremely sad to watch.
-Armaan and Riddhima confrontation in the locker room after Armaan finds out that Riddhima is married. One of the best scenes where they finally let out all the anger they have. Armaan momentarily feels Riddhima has betrayed his love whilst Riddhima asks why he never let on his pain to her. She breaks out that if Armaan had only once told her to wait for him- she would have waited for him, if not for a few days, then months, years- a whole lifetime until her last breath she would have waited for him. He was her life and she knew that he very well knew that. Armaan after trying to justify his actions for her happiness finally tries to accept the truth.
-The basket-ball court scene where Armaan has decided to take a stand in life and leave so that Riddhima can pursue happiness in her marriage. Words would just weaken him down therefore he intakes the help of cards with messages-again this defines Armaan's character-his cute attempts to pass on the message. The way Riddhima sensed him and how they started to talk to eachother without opening their mouths. How Armaan asked for only one promise back-her happiness. Both were sad to leave eachother-both never thought they would ever say good-bye. Highlight of this scene in my point of view was when Armaan apologised for coming close to her as he had no knowledge of her marriage. This established the amount of respect Armaan not only has for women but for Riddhima's values.
-Lonvala scene-this is probably one of the most positive AR scene during this track. We all know what happened-these scenes implied that no matter how far apart they are they can enevr stop loving eachother. It was a good glance to the past. Their nok-joks, their intimacy, the care they had for eachother and more importantly remembering the others fears and the memories they have had which always brought a smile to their face. The pool scene showed how Riddhima longed to be with Armaan but she had to stay strong in order to forget him. We got to see out basket in this scene.
-Another confrontation in the locker room where Armaan confesses his love for her AGAIN and she expresses her anguish over the situation they are in. She tells him how she wanted to die at the thought of being with someone-else other than him, she had waited months for Armaan to come back and tell her this, she had only ever dreamt to spend the rest of her life with the man she was insanely in love with. They try to figure a way out of this situation so that they can be together-Riddhima however knows that they can never be completely happy by giving grief to others. This scene finally showed them trying to fight for their love but they knew they can never be together. Riddhima knows the pain she has given everyone-else but more importantly she is ready to face any punishment for bring tears to Armaan's eyes.
-The karwa-chauth scene Armaan is trying to convince Riddhima to fast for Sid. They talk about the importance of this fast and how Armaan knows by instinct that Riddhima would never be the one to go against her traditions and her beliefs. He requests her to try harder to forget him and open doors to her heart for Sid. This scene whowed the deep understanding they had foreachother and even if not lovers they can always share this bond as friends. Riddhima informs Armaan how their is no hope for her marriage but Armaan very clearly relents back that their is always hope. Riddhima when asked certain questions by Armaan can't bring herself to say that Armaan is the one person whom she feels life is empty without. Truly a beautiful scene.
Guys for me these kind of scenes just repeatedly tell me that AR will be together-one way or another. What they have is irreplaceable, can you really imagine these kind of scenes between Sidma or for that matter any other Jodi in DMG? AR will be together ion the end-I am sure of it, for now lets just wait and watch for Armaan and Shilpa story- they will be amazing...I am positve. Remember guys true love never dies.
