Article: Shilpa returns to STAR One

After a brief hiatus from the small screen, Shilpa Anand who had essayed the role of Riddhima earlier on Dill Mill Gayye is back. Shilpa Anand, who played the beautiful Riddhima in Armaan's life, will be seen on the show once again by popular demand but in a different role.

Shilpa Anand gained huge popularity in the television industry when she started playing Dr. Riddhima Gupta in Dill Mill Gayye, an intern in Sanjeevani where she chanced upon Dr. Armaan, who was another intern just like her in the hospital. They were amongst the most popular on screen couple at that time. She was at the zenith of success with the show when she decided to move on, leaving thousands of fans disappointed at her exit. So after two years of gap, this pretty actress is back in Sanjeevni hospital.

With Shilpa Anand back in the show, it is for us to wait and watch what her role will be like. But one thing is for sure… her entry will add a generous dose of romance and people are sure to fall in love with the show all over again! Dill Mill Gayye is poised to re-create magic with Shilpa's re-entry!

This news was a treat to all Shilpa Anand fans, who were requesting the creative of the show to bring her back and there have been enormous responses from her fans all over like there are around 99 pages on her indya.com fan club, who are happy about her comeback in the show.

Sambhavi Singh, a fan of Shilpa who posted on her fan club said , " I am eagerly waiting to see her back on Dill Mill Gayye and I am very excited to watch her promos."

Shilpa replies, ""Oh thanks Sambhavi and very soon you will see me on Dill Mill Gayye, so don't miss all excitement on the show."

Another fan Mandip has echoed the same feelings by saying, "Thank You! Thank You!! So much for coming back Shilpa.We waited for you for two years, which is really a long time but hey we love you no matter what. I am guessing our requests and mailing, writing on facebook to STAR One and Dill Mill Gayye finally paved off. We love you Shilpa. You made our day and now we want to see Shilpa Anand opposite Karan Singh Grover."
Shilpa Anand replied, "Thank you Mandip for such a warm and pleasant welcome... I know that my loyal fans want to see me with Karan Singh but I don't want to reveal about my role at this time."

One more fan from her fan club Kash said, "Forever Shilpa Anand and Karan Singh Grover rock."

Shilpa: "Yes we both rocked the on-screen."

Then Sarah said , "Finally two years wait has ended and Shilpa is back in DMG. What more can one ask for? I can't wait for the promos."

Shilpa replies, "Oh Sarah, even I am happy to be back and I have come because of my fan's efforts."

After the good response from her fan club, we look at the show's facebook account and here too all her fans are happy to see her back on the show.

While on a forum one fan Safu is also happy by saying, "I am too happy that Shilpa is coming back and now with her entry Dill Mill Gayye will be interesting." while Naureen Aly also expressed her feelings by saying that, " I am very happy, welcome Shilpa :)"
Shilpa replied by saying, "I am happy Dill Mill Gayye and I have as such a loyal fans and I know my fans must have felt very sad when I left the show but to see the response is heart touching and now again its a new challenge for me to live up to the expectations of my fans.

Khadija Dhanwala welcomed Shilpa by saying, "Welcome once agian Shilpa in Dill Mill Gayye...! Thanks for coming back."

Shilpa said, "Thank you and love you all my fans for such love and I had never expected that fans would love me so much,"

While on indya.com forum one fan Safu is also happy by saying, "I am too happy that Shilpa is coming back and now with her entry Dill Mill Gayye will be interesting."

According to the current track Armaan wants Riddhima to decide her future without his help. Riddhima meets Armaan and tells him that she has decided to start a fresh life with Siddhant. Armaan is heartbroken on learning her decision.

Hence all her fans are happy that their favourite actress is back on STAR One's hit show Dill Mill Gayye. Her entry is likely to happen sometime next week.
