Are you even surprised why he has turned to the dark side? His helplessness has always been because of his poverty. What he maybe doing to achieve this may be wrong, but again, no one is to be blamed for that except stupid Maasa!!

you are absolutely right... he has always tried to compare him with maasa's family... even he insulted them on the occasion of Griha Prabesh... but he should have some humbleness with him..coz hi is ladki wala..

for this he had acted superbly..but still it always holds my nerve when he says something to maasa or Bhairon... i have started to hate him.. the way his expression changes when he talks to Bhairon or his family is really unbearable.

remember once he had also threatened Anandi and Bhago (his own family) not to interfere his business.... day by day his character becoming more and more cruel and irritating...
