hi all!!

this topic is not about any one particular show, but it is my take on a few general observations i have made about the story, the lead couples that have gained immense popularity and have made a name as well as a place for themselves...

i dont have a problem with people having their favorites, cos, i for one have mine too.. but i know that, i wouldnt want that to overstep somone's choice...
however, lately, whats disgusting me to the core, when i come onto this forum is how, people tell the makers what they are supposed to do, dictate terms to the PH's houses why the lead couples cant be separated, how, they will stop watching the show otherwise...

its almost like emotionally blackmailing the other person just to make your point felt, let me remind you, it is these very makers who at one time made you fall in love your so called favorites, had they not worked towards writing those dialogues, worked day in and day out to make character sketches look like and bring them to life... you wouldnt perhaps have been watching a show...

i am not undermining the contribution of an actor, who you see as the end product of a show! but time and again, the efforts made by those, irrespective of whether what they are right or wrong, good or bad, are undermined and ridiculed....i am not asking you to go wah wah wah everytime there is a good scene, but i am saying, stop blaming the makers for everything...

they separated the lead pair, we hate the creatives!
they arent giving my favorite jodi enough screen time... how dare you creatives!
you have amazing actors, use them!
i called the creatives to find out.. and this is what he/she said...!!!

these are the nature of posts every now and then... but, i wanna ask you one thing, just becuase you think ,you are those audience, that give them the TRP's you think have the right to dicate terms to them and tell them what they are supposed to do, and then also threaten them when your favorites are not shown...

where were you and your TRPs when they were working their asses of to get the story ready, when they were making their promos, when they were launching the show?
you easily undermine all those efforts, and readily criticise the makers because, today, you love some on screen character or a jodi so much, you seem to think, they are real, and you dont want to or cant handle a twist in the show, as though, something really happened in your own!!!

i have just one humble request, though, i know most of you will go back to your , who are you to tell me, we have the right to like someone, we are the one who make the show what is waaley ruts... i decide to just request you if possible, to take it a little easy and let the makers do their job, and stop mentally harassing them with messages, everywhere...

what would your take be on a person who would keep sending you msgs on your inboxs, your facebook accounts, phone numbers, when you know you are being criticised all over the place, being given unwanted advice on how you should be doing your jobs, and then, blamed again, becuase they dont reply to your msgs or dont heed your requests!!!

such double standards...

love,
niha

i get it, and in a way i think its a two way thing to some extent, if they ask you for advice, they want to know what you think about the whole thing, its all a part of promotion!
agreed the whole who will die thing was taking it to another level...
lekin, technology, internet, and easy access to what we like, can be a bane a times, and this is what i have clearly learnt in the process...
when i was a kid, n i used to watch kasauti, i knew all the info i had about it was with regards to the promos that were to air, and the ringtones that i could procure of the net... all this was totally not known of...
thats what kept my love and sanctity for the show intact, and in a way, thats one of the reasons why i still fondly remember the good phase of the show...
now, whose the maker, and whose making the maker do what he does on screen has become a huge sham...
the fans as they call themselves don want their fav jodis to be separated to the extent that, they are not ready to witness even a fight on screen and come out with haye haye ke naare...! when you give the makers such a limited ground to play in with restrictions even there... how do you expect them to tell a story? good bad or ugly, we must watch a show, may be discuss among friends, crib and forget, this is my take! making the show is not our area of expertise, and we shouldnt even think of coming in the way of telling those who are at the helm of affairs...
lastly, a basic point of common sense is this, when we most of the forums has kids right from early teens to upwards, people, who have no idea about story telling and show making, know there is something wrong somewhere in the storyline, do you really think, the makers themselves dunno it??? i refuse to believe they dont, and for that one reason i say, hate them for a bad episode but, dont disrespect or abuse them for everything that goes wrong on a show!

Can't agree more!!

The people who made this show, their creativity is what made MJHT successful.........but if we keep telling them do that, don't do that,............do you think they will be able to continue showing their creativity which made MJHT?!!
Please give them space and have trust on them coz they deserve it........
Please believe as they are the only who could bring MJHT from nothing to a very successful show, they are the only one who can keep MJHT interesting and successful

trust me... im nt a regular watcher of the show, but the latest episodes of the new season caught my attention of the way they have been made, and amidst all this, i dont want that to be ruined just because you want to accommodate some favorite actor or some jodi, just because the fans insist the actor has been treated unfairly... if the track has to end at sometime, it does, why dusnt anyone talk abt how unfairly the amit guy was not given his due or those rapist brothers were cut off... TV industry works like tht..

You have a point,
and i never agree with hate mails, i've never mailed them unless needed, and i did it in the most respectful manner i could.

But the audience will do, what they will do, they are hurt, they've a right to express it. They're connected to many media forms and texts, and they know that death tracks are not always needed to put forward a show .. and indeed it can be shown in a much better way. They've seen it so many times, its frustrating.

And..Its just obvious isn't it... if you kill one of the most popular leads... expect some harrasment to come your way... i'm sure they're not expecting us to thank them or what not.

I think we are constantly making comparisons with the best they've given us, and the best we've seen, so there is always a problem.

I much rather have seen the show over to be honest, then see anyone dead. I admit they've impressed me in some aspects, in the past, and even now. But lately it's been very hard to accept a change, when it's all done so suddenly. Killing a character, feels like a waste of 2 years.

Although i would like to say i still trust them... previously i had trust, that in the end they will kill no one.. so i kept watching, also in hope they will never kill Nupur... But to me it feels like they've completely betrayed us, especially by that ridiculous poll
.. I still have some trust in them.. that they may show it as misunderstanding that she is dead!

We aren't telling them how to run a show, but as an audience we always have expectations and ideas....

and you can't always expect people to understand what the other is going through... the story of life. How each and every fight and problem is created.

people who get what i am saying, are perhaps not the people who have ever resorted to desperate means to get a point across..
yes death is not something that they should have shown! but may be you should wait for a bit, to see what they have in store... may be there is more to it...
you have every right to say what you feel, cos, when you react they know you love the show, whether its good or bad..
wad i have issues with is obsessive spamming that takes place, just because you love a show, or an actor, or have some link with someone associated with the show like the creatives, one cant spam personal accounts... i have seen this happen so many times, so many crazy fans show their angst on the walls of the creatives or the actors, if you love an actor, or the show, do it respectfully say.. why cause the other person inconvenience... after all its their personal space.
ditto with the writing or making bit, tell me respectfully... show them you care...!i am sorry i am responding to your post, but i meant all.
if you understand them, they will understand you too.. otherwise, there is no way a shows like DMG, MJHT would have run for two years, there was hardly any story, it was all youth and moments based, and had StarOne chosen to do one of those soppy shows like it is doing now, they would have been doing well commercially as well.. so, there you go, both of you have your fair share of issues

i agree ..............that creatives made mjht............and when i post a mail to cvs...i have always thank them first for giving me mn................and dear i have never send hate mails but ya i have said what i wanted..............as they themselve ask us tell our views...............always showed respect towards them.....................because they are my elders too...........and i have respect..............

and about that poll thing...........
i was shocked................
you tell me is any creative team having the right to cheat fans................
befool fans...............
we were voting day and night dear................
and the way they treated us hurts......................
i have never seen cheating fans..................
what will they actually get by cheating their own fans.............
i have lost trust on them because they made me do so..............
if they wanted to eliminate nupur.they should have never made that poll...........
and changing results was the limit...................

and dear i dont really think that we come out with haye haye ke naare on little things.............we are saying this because we were cheated ...............and yes we were............

and dear the depression we face because of their doings is just.................i want to ask a question ..............when creatives want to ruin the characters..kill them than why the hell they create characters....................why are tv soaps filled with this much melodrama....this was the reason i never watched soaps but mayur attracted me and i thought mjht is not one one of those shows............i was wrong as i am now facing consequences of watching the show.............have fallen in love with the characters and now cvs will kill them..............great...................
