Sweetie Buah puts Thouji's room temperature down very cold knowing that he is sick and has just had a shower. When Astha sees that Touji is sick, she goes to call Rani, but Sweetie Buah is outside the door and starts to say loudly that Rishabh is so happy that he finally got a chance to take Rani out to a restaurant for the first time after they got married. So, Thouji tells Astha not to call Rani. Thouji gets more sick.

At Rajni's house - she, her husband, and his brother, sister and law and mother are all living together. By now, the bhabhi has already found out that the money that was won in the lottery is all spent. They have a very bad relationship. Rajni has gotten a contract to start as a heroine (movies, tv?). the bhabhi insults this. But, Rajni's husband hits back hard. He's not playing games anymore. He says that the bhabhi is making pennies in comparison to what Rajni will make and then gives it them more. He tells them that they need to remember that times will turn, but he will never let them take advantage of Rajni as they have been.

Rani comes home and goes to check on Thouji - he tries to pretend that he is asleep. But, comes back after hearing his coughing and she finds him very very ill.

They call the doctor - even dadi is there to encourage everyone to please give Thouji attention. She doesn't know that everyone is being mean to him. Dadi spends time with Thouji and leaves a nurse to take care of him.

the bhabhi comes into Thouji's room and pretend to check on him. The nurse tries to tell her not to bother him. The bhabhi comes in and makes it seem like Thouji is taking advantage of their money and using them to get treatment. Thouji starts to get aggitated.

the buah comes to Rani and tells her that the Bhabhi was aggitating Thouji with talks of him using the family for money. Rani is amazed at what she is hearing.

thouji announces to Rani that he wants to leave the house.
