After that we, or at least I, had to endure watching a 22 year old kid head over heels in love with a 30 year old woman who happened to be a frumpy, overweight and homely girl. Not only that, I had to see him lose his dignity and chase after her while she acted as though she was "too good for him."

Sorry guys, but when I saw the romance go downhill with Nakul in pursuit of her and she was not the slightest bit worred that she could end up with him, I was disappointed then. Her encounter with Abhi in the park (where they played hopscotch) the next day after Nakul came on the scene, was more painful than a root canal. Let me add, Simi's decision to marry Nakul for the sake of Neetu and her determination to go ahead with it until she for some unknown reason decided to intervene - perhaps a dead Abhi was too much for her guilt to bear - was embarassing. Let us not forget the electrocution scenes and her ongoing sacrifice for her family AFTER these two got married. Now we have to watch Abhi descend further into the gutter with his poor anger management. 😕

Serious, the whole story took a turn for the worse for me as far back as December and has gone down hill since then. So we have a rape scene and Mili and Abhi faling in love. I really don't feel devasted about it. The only thing that will bother me is the lack of sensitivity that will be exhibited with this storyline. But that's nothing new; other shows have done the same and we have seen many examples of how poorly the subject of rape has been treated.

I feel for a lot of you but I am glad I am not where you all are right now. I for one WILL watch the show; it's the poor direction, dialogue, and on occasional bad acting that will be hard to digest, NOT the subject matter at hand.

i hope they dont show abhi and milli falling in love becoz she is simis sister who is cute as abhis sis in law not gf. if they want to show him falling for someone else they shud bring in a fresh new face as some serious competition to simi which will then force her to do something abt herself..her grooming etc, shes got a young hubby who loves her for the way she is but there is no harm in trying to make herself look better she shud change her hairstyle first.i work from home and have 3 kids my hubby is older than me by 5 yrs and i am 27 but even tho i am at home i change my look all the time..straightened hair, make up etc. not to say he desnt like me the way i am but the effort is always appreciated. but simi has no kids but does nothing. shaayad uski parivaar se fursat nahi milthi...

however i do hope they do something quick....rajiv bhalla needs to go
