The episode starts in the Operation Theatre. There are lights glowing. Tensed doctors and nurses moving in and out. A huge team is monitoring various instruments. Tulsi is alone waiting outside. As a nurse comes out, Tulsi enquire about the status. The nurse responds that they are trying their best, but there has been a huge loss of blood. At the hospital, there is a statue of Lord Ganesh. Tulsi prays to God to save her mother's life.
In London, Baa is asleep and suddenly wakes up. She is worked up and says that she is sure something has gone wrong in Mumbai. Damini tries to pacify her saying that Baa is needlessly worried. Baa says that she has got these signals before too and they have proved to be true. Tanya joins them and assures that Mihir tried to speak to Tulsi. So things should be alright.
Meera imagines she is dressed in a white saree with a blue border (the saree worn in prison by Mandira and Nandini). Wardens escort her to a room and lock her up. She is actually in Shanthiniketan and is sweating. She does not understand what she needs to do.
Tulsi is seated in a chair at the hospital. She says that if she has done even in a single good thing in life, Savitha should live. She prays again and again to Thakurji
Mandira is in her room in the prison. She wonders how Savitha survived the accident?. So far not many people have actually been able to escape from her.
In the hispital doctors come out and says that they have completed one operation and under the circumstances have started a second one almost immediately and its expected to take 8 hours to complete. Tulsi is too drained out to react.
Mihir calls Shobha and enquires when she would join them. Shobha replies that she is really busy and will come in only for the wedding but won't be able to make it for the ceremonies before that. Mihir asks Shobha to call up Tulsi before she leaves. Shobha is surprised to hear that Tulsi is not with them and is alone at home. Mihir says he tried to call her, but she is not at home. Shobha promises to meet Tulsi before she leaves for Delhi on Party work. She would later join them in London.
Outside the operation Theatre a doctor comes out and tells Tulsi that Savitha is saved. Tulsi emotionally thanks him. She says that doctors are God, and apologises for loosing her initially cool initially. The doctor is embarrassed and says that if doctors were really Gods themselves, they would have cured her Mother completely. As Tulsi looks up in surprise, the doctor explains that they (team of doctors) have been able to restore only Savitha's breathing. Infact it can be said that Savitha is only partially alive. Tulsi gasps. The doctor explains that Savitha's body has been badly crushed. Some bones have broken beyond repair. She would never be able to stand on her feet again. She cannot mover her left hand at all. She can use her right hand to a limited extent. Her brain has also had considerable damage. She would continue to drift in and out of consciousness. Tulsi amidst her tears asks the doctor to consult somebody else, suggest something. The doctor says that even Savitha being alive is itself a miracle and they have done all that is possible according to medical sciences. Tulsi cries bitterly, unable to accept the truth.
Shobha arrives at Shanthiniketan and finds the door locked and sees that the Tulsi creeper has not been worshipped in the morning either. She is really surprised. She lives a message on a paper asking Tulsi to call up Mihir and her, as soon as she sees the message. She then leaves for Delhi. Shobha was dressed in a purple saree and looked great.
Tulsi slowly walks into Savitha's room in the hospital. Savitha is lying in all bandages and tubes and her eyes open. She slowly turns her head to face Tulsi who is crying. Savitha asks her "Tu kyun ro rahi hain? Mein tumhe beti kehne ka hak kodiya". Tulsi is in tears and says the doctors have asked her to rest. She says she should have not argued so much with Savitha. She should have prevented Savitha from leaving the house. Savitha says that she would anyways not have listened. She tells Tulsi about what she over heard between Meera and Mandira. Tulsi learns about the face of Meera, she had only suspected of before.
Savitha says that together they should go to Tushar's wedding and dance to their heart content with the family. She tries to get up. She discovers that she can only lift her neck and her right hand. She asks Tulsi what has happened. Tulsi breaks down and says that it could be the effect of anaesthesia and weakness. Savitha senses that Tulsi is lying and asks her to speak the truth (Mihir and Thakurji ki kasam) Tulsi explains that the doctor's say that she can't move much. But she does not have to worry. Tulsi will get the experts in the field and also pray to Thakurji to heal her. As Tulsi continues to speak, Savitha looses her consciousness.
Tomorrow: Savitha is lying in the hospital and Meera visits her. She takes one look at Savitha and is about to go away, when Savitha catches hold of her and says that she has told everything to Tulsi.
