How to morph these images?

Let me know if this is not the correct forum for this question. Please see the following images. I want to combine the first 5 in such a way that the last image can be generated. Please let me know what steps to follow in Adobe Photoshop so that I can do it myself. Of course, the words "morph" and "SAMPLE" and the wavy line below "morph" are not needed.
