hi she never loved him,she respects him thats it,if u remember when karthik proposes she will run away and since he was pressurising her too much for her answer,she will agree
bcoz she has never been romantic with him like karan,she will always avoids when ever he tried to be close
its only respect,infact during her marriage day also she mourns for karan,

I dont thnk so with karan it was like puppy love or crush...with Kartik it goes far deeper. true love requires lot of respect for the person you love so there is no doubt she loves Kartik. With Kartik she faced lot of difficulties and problems and that's how they came to care about each other which has more maturity and meaning to it.
