Its impossible to say who WILL leave, but I WANT Anuj or Sandeep to leave. Sandeep more so than Anuj, but boht IMO are a waste of space...Monali should have been there instead of them.

Well, my intuition tells me that it coud be either Sandeep or Anuj.
