Can you marry your best friend?

Even if you dont love him? but he/she is just ur bestest friend in the world?

Love is important yaar...difficult question...if there is no one else in either's life, then maybe...

i duno, i feel like a best friend is like a sibling, its really awkward seeing a friend in place of a lover or vise-versa.

If both of us are 30+ and are just unable to find a spouse.. and do not view each other us brotherly/sisterly.. (cuz that would EW freak me out)

Yes...yes... yes.. if i dont love my best frnd but he is just like shiv smart, intelligent, handsome, caring, understanding, broad minded, supporting. than i dont mind marrying him..

I'd say "No." I don't think I will ever be able to marry my best friend because we know EVERYTHING about each other...

Its like having a TON of ammo when it comes to fighting...and not to mention, who will you talk to when you feel like you can't get through to your spouse, and believe me, it happens, no matter how close to your husband/wife you are, there will be times when you misunderstand each other, and there will be arguments. Its part of a healthy marriage...

That's when you turn to your best friend for support...if your married to them, who do you turn to?

My best friend and I are so close that when our parents mention the idea of marriage for us we turn to each (literally and the same time) and say "Ugh.." with our tongues sticking out...not even joking!

Your spouse should be your friend, but not your BEST friend. And, if Mahi marries, Shiv, its okay because her "Best friend(s)" in actuality are really Sid and Rosh. Shiv is her chaddi buddy, not her best best friend...
