No.. JUST the saath pheras dont help to succeed a marriage :) it's.. the willingness of the husband and wife to live together, love together, laugh together.. forever :).. When THEY feel that they can have a blissful life with each other, when they feel that they can share the happiness of life, as well as the pain.. together.. THAT is marriage.. :)..

completely agree with u...

for me the saath pheras is just a cermony to let the world know that they r husband and wife...

marriage is solmnized the day both consider their partners as their better half

Marriage signifies trust, understanding, respect and love and any relation lacking any of these, even if lawfully married, is not a marriage.

And many relations who have no legal bearing on them like a marriage have all these between them but alas society views it as 'lust'...its love. LOVE.

Marriage is important as it binds two people in a sacred matrimony and 'sindoor' and 'mangalsutra' are those sacred symbols of married women.

However the whole point of marriage is to make promises to eachother such as 'praying for a life of understanding, loyalty, unity and companionship' or 'attainment of happiness and harmony through mutual love and trust and a long joyous life together' or 'promosing to be with eachother through thick and thin and go through sorrows and happiness together as one'....and so on.

But aren't the vows made in marriage, the same as promisies made in love? If I am right to believe, the saath pheras in a marriage signfy seven vows made in front of god. But Armaan and Riddhima-just before the shoot-out (and other countless times) made similar kinds of promises in front of god in Sanjeevani. Armaan and Riddhima in this case have been through all these obstacles as any other married couple. Whilst, I believe that Sid and Riddhima don't have the trust and understanding that is required in a marriage.

Im not saying Love is more important than marriage but im also not saying marriage is above love.
We all have our opinions, this is mine. 😊

society sees what we try to show them....

u can see any great lovestory....

eventually it is considered love coz they had the fighting spirit to let the world know that the feeling within them are purer then anything in this world

i really think all r right in their way on this forum.....

love is very difficult to understand...

those who have felt love can only talk about the actually feeling....

mangalsuta and sindoor or any other symbols are made for the society to distinguish and not let ill feeling come to mind by seeing sumone.....

as far as armaan , ridzi and sid is considered ...

i guess ridzi marrying sid was completely unjustifies....coz she already had armaan as her husand...

just the symbolic cermonies were left....

when two people are in tre love it is already a marriage ... just the showcase of it remains...

i believe in marriages,,a marriage in which both partners hv mutual understanding , love , respect, care, true dedication for their relation, be a part in each other happiness n sorrows, trust , n kehte h na ki dosti me pyar ho na ho but in marriage or love dosti ka hona bahut jaroori h.then theu bcom soulmates.
without all this a marriage is not a marriage. sirf rituals follow karney se marriages nahi nibhti.

well my take is tht its wrong to compare love and marriage coz u see marriage is a broader concept...love is one of the ingredients required to make a marriage...marriage requires a lot of things other than love...marriage to me is the ultimate step...its a commitment which i think is the most powerful thing...

purely my POV

i m simply not bbashing u at all...

this is really to know what everyone thinks

so i m just counter questioning u.....

love does not only require the feeling of love...

it requires all the things which a marriage requires...

respect, care, tust, understanding... and many more....

marriage is cermony to show the world that we love each other...

marriage without love is like a dead body.....

no use....

but marriage without love has its own importance cpoz there is a space for marriage... that is proving the world...

it is always imp and necesaary to shown what u believe otherwise it is usless.... u have to put in efforts....
