I am not sure if I can take so much honesty. Truth hurts sometimes but I am glad they showed it.
From Sid--- Poor boy. I mean I want to be really mad at him, and dislike him but I can't because his actions are justified. He is sick of getting played. For better or worse the truth is he did fall in love with Rid. If one minute he feels Rid wants to be with him then the second minute he find Rid in Armaan's arms under her notorious dupatta. I understand her anger. The second was the phone conversation which added fuel to the fire. Even after she says nothing happened and tries to make up Sid he catches her apologizing to Armaan. Angry boy is angrier. š I am not sure how much of one sided anger I can take.
Rid is trying to win Sid back. She is optimistic but I am glad the creative showed Riddhima losing hope. Usually in hindi serials we see the leading lady is such a strong sati savitri that no amount of bad treatment can change her mind. But Rid is human. She tries, gets hurt, get disappointed. I am not sure if I entirely like it. I was sort of hoping to see Rid the super wife stopping at nothing to win her husband over.... **sigh** It's okay though. I can sacrifice my favorite couple for a good story. For me story matters.
Armaan I loved his scenes today. Sort of glad Sid didn't catch Rid's hand in Armaan's. Armaan and Rid's conversation was one of the most honest conversations. he got to the point and asked the right question and Rid answered honestly. Who does Rid think of the most? Sid. She always has. His pains matter, his thoughts mattered, his actions mattered. Does it bother Rid to see Sid with another woman? Yes it does. Rid might not love him but she likes him and is very much attracted to him. Who is so important to Rid's life that when he goes away Rid's life feels empty? š this was such a sad question because I don't think Armaan wanted to ask her that. But after the two positive Sid answers the human in him wanted to know where he stood. Rid couldn't utter his name but in all honesty she couldn't lie. Then the last one whose hand does she want to hold for the rest of her life? Sid.
I do want to see what happens tomorrow. If Rid will see Armaan's face first or will she both of their faces at once.
