Riddhima's love for Armaan is so powerful that she was prepared to take a bullet in order to save him, she was prepared to die on her wedding day (supposedly the happiest day of any girl's life) because she didn't want anyone else in her life apart from Armaan. A love that can't be forgotten, in my opinion, that easily, as Jenny said in the recent article. I think the best way for Riddhima to realise how much she loves Armaan, I think Armaan should try to commit suicide. Now that Armaaan is playing cupid, one of his missions could be successful and sees Sid and Riddhima from far away hugging. Unable to take the pain he decides to leave Sanjeevani with Shanky's blessings and writes a letter to Sidma (writing the usual stuff-he is sorry, didn't mean to come in between them just in case if he did, tells Sid to take care of Ridz and make sure she always smile, tells them he is going forever, wishes them all the best, not to try and find him cos they won't be able to and the reason he is going is not because of them but he feels it's time for a change). Reading this everyone breathes a sigh of relief that Sidma can continue to work out their marriage however Riddhima senses something is wronf-Sid is upset seeing her distressed and tries to tell her that Armaan is fine.
Riddhima has none of it and bursts to her Dad's office to demand where Armaan has gone. After much hesistation and arguing Shanky says he has gone to London and does not wish to be found. Riddhima tells him that she has a feeling as something is not rights and needs to make sure he is ok. Shanky asks how she can be so sure and Riddhima could says something like how Armaan's is part of her 'wajood' and that Armaan is set in her heart so deeply that she can sense when somethings not right. Sid hears this whilst Riddhima runs to reception to call the airport with the flight details to know where Armaan is as he is not picking up his phone. They eventually find out that Armaan's flight information is totally wrong and he is not going London. Riddhima suspects something is out of place in the whole story and wants to find Armaan immediately. Chaos strikes everyone as they all seem to be worried where Armaan has got to.
Whilst Armaan is standing on top of a building, having a few flashbacks and considers that instead of dying hundred deaths a day knowing that the person he loves can never be his-it's better to get rid of the pain. He jumps and lands on a net at first, near to the ground, and then falls flat onto the surface. At the very moment in Sanjeevani Riddhima faints. She later regains consciousness and begs for help in order to find Armaan. Interns volunteer to go to Armaan's house as Riddhima needs to rest and later informs them that after breaking in Armaan's stuff is still there and that he has not gone anywhere. Just then in Sanjeevani there is an emergency case of someone commiting suicide. Everyone is distraught to know it's Armaan. They all crowd around the ambulance to get him out whilst Shanky and Sid are trying to handle Riddhima who is crying and screaming to go and treat Armaan. Armaan is in the emergency operation room and Dr Keerti and Shanky are attending to him. Riddhima finds out from Shanky that Armaan's survival looks unlikely and Armaan has seemed to given up. Knowing that Armaan might be having his last few breathes, Riddhima also decides that she has no right to live.
Options to what could happen after that
-both die and then they are truly romeo and Juliet, heer-ranja type
-Riddhima's poison doesn't work again- after a few days both of them recover- Riddhima playfully hits him for going ahead with such a crazy idea, shouts at him for not thinking about her and blames him for her thinking about committing suicide once again.
-Riddhima is informed just in time that Armaan's condition is getting better. Armaan fully reovers and apologises to everyone. Everyone comes to see how he is apart from Riddhima who is angry with him. Sid realises that Riddhima was able to show her true feelings to everyone when she came to know that she might never be able to see Armaan again. Therefore unites Armaan and Riddhima.
-Before taking the decision of suicide she goes to Armaan's bed where is unocnsious and talks to him about life, how they thought it would be and how they ended up being. She thanks him for showing her normal things in life in an extraordinary way and that maybe they thought right-that the only way they can end up together is by dying. Armaan (like in a typical movie) moves his hand as he hears this and his condition starts to get better. Riddhima, seeing his hand move is all happy. Armaan is motivated to get better in order to make sure Riddhima doesn't do anything crazy like he did. His love for her eventually makes him better in a few days.
Now guys, I know you think I may be crazy, making a whole topic on suicide in DMG. I guess I'm just desperate to quickly get them two together. Riddhima had a moments weakeness before marriage when she decides to commit suicide as she realises that she is about to be someone else's wife. I think they should do the same for Armaan, even though he is a strong and powerful character they should show how weak he is without Riddhima and the idea of her being with someone else is so painful that the prospect of dying seems better.
