Yeah guys , he was a contestant in a Telugu Singing Competition Okkare and had won that show too ! 😃

He also took part in Voice of India along with Irfan on Starplus couple of years ago...(the year Ishmeet was chosen)

Indial Idol shld def changed their name to Recylced Idol..They shld have taken Geetesh on place of one of this recycled singers..I'm not saying they are bad they are extremely talented afterall they have been part of couple of musical shows..But what I'm saying is these contestants are getting unfair adv.If u compare a person w/o any training whatsoever and a contestant who has had singing experience in the past and have also been involved in singing shows before than obv the one with experience + training will dominate the other one. Hence, this proves that II isn't looking for new talent but is more looking towards recycled ones..hahaha i won't be surprised if isee 2nd runner up of SRGMP on II lol

Anywaysss, i guesss it works with Sony and if Sony don't have problem w.it then why shld I. Awww I miss my Geetesh again. He deserved to be on top 16 .Instead of recycled ones they shld have chosen a new talent like Geetesh =]

Although we all bitch & moan about contestants being recycled atleast we will get to hear some good singing I hope...😃

Otherwise we will see below average contestants besura singing and winning the contest...

So make up our mind folks...What do we want???

Damn if they do and damn if they dont...We still will complain...😳

Its about time II raised their standards with singing IMHO...

^^ I don't think Sony can do ANYTHING when such talented singers come forward for auditioning.. 🤔 All they look for is talent and besides, people would revolt against the show if the talented-recycled contestants are ticked off just on the basis that they had taken part in a different show.. 🤔

And btw, I feel it would inhumane to show such contestants the exit door just because they have participated somewhere else.. 😕 Because, the talented one can never be ousted over any type of "experienced" singer.. 🤔 (Geetesh being an exception)

At the same time, I feel maybe new talent is not being showcased as some of 'em were the seen-before.. 😕 I agree that Geetesh should have been selected.. I feel that he had all the talent...

Coming to Sreeram -- I never knew that.. gotta ask my grandma if she had seen the show before.. 😆

Even though few of the contestants are recycled this year we do hv terrific singers in IL5.. overdosed with dance reality shows I am really looking forward to listen some melodious singing..

right now IL5 and DID LC are my fav programmes..

so I am not complaining 😊
