Anjali I don't think ur 2nd wish will be fulfilled 😕..Dekh lena

, once the gala starts how they r going to show edited clips of 'rudeness", "love" "poverty", and overnight an excellent singer will be having an "attitude" and labelled as "annoying"....So I am not hopeful on that ground ....😆...adat se majboor hoon...kya karu???

But.... yes..I am really really hopeful of the standard this year...I think after 4 contestants get out ..we will get the best top 12 II has ever winessed!!!!!!!!!!!!

So welcome recycled "goods"...as long as the end product is of outstanding quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think as Varsha di so correctly pointed out, its time Indian Idol raised its standards. if the way to do that is by taking contestants like Mnaisha and Sree Ram, i don't think its an issue.

But yes, if the winner of VOI or saregama came here, it might have been a problem as they already have established fan base, and I don't see that happening. For e.g. poeple like Raja, Aneek, Harshit, Abhas etc won't come to Indian diol - they are already established.

Yeah but it was a flop show like 'sitaron ko choona hai' which people hardly watched. i just read an article which said that he wasn't even paid his due. So in a way as i said, its also between the channel and the individual. if it was a hit show or the contestant has reached a good position in a reality show i don't see it as a problem.

Anyway Indian idol needs good contestants. Shashi and Manisha were unceremoniously dropped from challenge 2009 and did not reach the galas there. so they have a right to participate in another show.

the issue is : get good singers. By hook or crook😳

I have seen that show. The show itself was pretty low profile show. I wont support Yashrah not becuase he has won that show against for his antics and his attitude. He is definitely least wanted contestant for me in this how. However I have to admit that he has got both singing and performance ideal for Indian Idol.
