Yup u can PM the GMs and let them know about the issue ! They will definitely tackle it out !! 😃 And btw to avoid receiving hate PMs from a member u can just put him/her in your ignore list !!
That's and easier way , also talking about members in the CC is not allowed if the concerned member is not the CC member !
