Hrishikesh guy wasnt reporting to ACP Pradhyuman. So, yeah I dont think he belongs to the main CID team. He definitely belongs to the new team.

And how is it that, exactly what Kal El said a few months ago is coming true??! Is he psychic? Maybe he can see the future a la Raven from "that's so raven"(used to watch it ages ago) ... lol ( I dont mean any offence... m just fooling around 😛 )
