nitz..he beat up a reporter because the reporter spoke shit abt her and neil .. and I think gunjan is understanding samrat .. she jus doesnt want him to be in trouble because of her .. u are right, she shud hav stood up for him against the reporter .. but fr her, then the film's reputation is also imp..and I think this is wher the clash is .. she wil realise that she cant hav everything .. in doing the film and saving the film's reputation, she is undermining sam's self esteem .. either she will realise this..or by the end she will learn to fight against all this..like u said .. either way, she has to learn to grow up in the outer world .. because she has been to protected and sheltered all throughout her life .. first by nupur and then by sam .. she shud learn to face the world .. and I think this is what this track is showing ..
their love is strong enuf for that..she is understanding him too .. jus that she doesnt want him to get into trouble because of this..mostly because sje knows that he knows it too..that thers nothing b/w her and neil .. so whatever crap and shit ppl talk abt..why shud they react to it? sam cant go beating around every newspaper reporter that speaks this .. sumwher he has to learn to ignore all this too ..
I think this is a learning experience for them both ...
