Abhi's one sentence on Simi while she wanted Anuj to be pardoned explains her charcter" Simi you have a very big heart'. It reminds me of Gandhiji who divides the treatment to be meted to evil and evil doer. Second teaching of his was to help the people needing help. Simi's charcterization is also on similar lines which she is discharging extremely well. The maturity level of Abhi has also been depicted to be above average so he has been able to be partner in all her good deeds.

I agree people at large may not appreciate her doing goodness at her husband's expense too but her charcter is like perfume which soothens and spreads all around. As truth always prevail, public at large would also strart liking her greatness.

Leave aside the story apart , the amount of emotional fluctions her charcter has seen and her extraordinary talent to depict all those variatons deserves high praise

SKK5, i wouldnt compare Simis character to Gandhiji......... she is no where to it. gandhiji did things for others and the society and nothing for his family.

Yes...Abhi is overwhelmed at her generous heart. He loves her for it.

The second highlighted.....

He helps her and supports her. Just that he does not allow her to kill herself in the process

Third highlighted....

Abhi thought by marrying Simi he would be able to give her happiness that she deseves for being such a kind hearted girl and because he does not want her to suffer by marrying RB or Nakul.

But the fact is she is not finding time to concentrate on her life with Abhi because her priorities are different and she is not happy in spite of marrying him. She may be content she married Abhi and also when he supports her and is around to comfort her. But again she has been crying only all along. She is not letting Abhi to be happy either.

Smriti has been doing a good job. Each time, i have written about it also

mesimi to u r point.... she really acts well and can do much better.. but now i feel her acting is going down the lane same as the show 😉. the CVS and she did better improve on it , one thing is she really knows to cry well

yes she sacrifices a lot , she even ignores her husband and herself for her family.(which to a limit is good but now i feel she has crossed her limits)

and she does it for her family only and no one else. If she was so mahaan, she would try to brign Abhi and his family closer, in thursdays episode , she tells abhi its the only who really missed anuj is her mother, , if she was so considerate she would think about anita also which she diddnt even bother to think, if she was very mahaan and had self respect, as soon as after her wedding problem she would appologise to daggar fly and tell them the whole story.

themre arte many more , if i note down, as of no she is more concerned of only anuj and neetu and no one else , that to even if they dont like simi interferring in their lives she does it.

if she had a very good greatnedd, she would understandf abhi problems ansd try to hrlp him out rather than give him more problems........

these are my view points might be u may not agree with me but i would never compare her to some ove so great like Gandhiji ( whom we admire and respect so much )

I do not think I compared Gandhiji with Simi. I just mentioned viewpoint of Gandhiji on two points where I found Simi to be following.

Yesterday's episode, of course Neil as Abhi stole the show. Smriti has also delivered her best performance along with him.

Simi was scared out of her wits when Abhi hugged her from behind because inwardly she is scared of Bhalla and remembers Abhi and Anuj nor anyone else is at home.

Liked her expression when she realises its Abhi. Her relief it is him, and anger for scaring her and tears out of tension was good. The way she tells him……I got scared Abhi…..Her tone in saying Abhi here was nice.

The way she quickly hugged him was out of relief and he said where else will I go or rather who else I have for pulling pranks.

The way she was putting aside Abhi's request, she looked really coy and shy and her eyes showed her query…..this time?

She was smiling away when Abhi was managing Anuj's sudden entry.

She was happy when Abhi came back and kissed her.

Simi was enjoying the scene and continuing to work when all went for a toss.

The way she was still trying to skip his query. It showed her immaturity again when she is not answering a direct question of his and instead tries to tell him to come have a look at what she is cooking. You change topics like this only with a 5 year old child and it gets carried away. She made a fool of herself right there. Smriti did show that foolishness perfectly on her face.

Her helplessness was clear when he has given his "kasam" cos now she has to answer him.

Her fear in disclosing RB's proposal was evident in the way she was stammering to blurt out the truth. The way she is waiting in fear about the way he is going to react was good.

The way she is trying to defend her action pointing out that his anger prevented her in telling him was enacted well. Her shock is clear in her eyes when Abhi reminds she is his wife and it matters to him as she is trying to tell him what difference it makes since the issue was resolved.

Her expression was perfect when she realizes the damage done to his ego when he says Bhalla made a fool out of me in front of you because she hid the fact from him.

The way she tried to prove her point that she chased Bhalla and the issue was managed was stupidity on her part, but the emoting was good in the form of urgency to tell him another truth that was kept a secret.

Simi trying to gain confidence just by saying she trusts him was again a baseless response in tears, but Simi, the damage done cannot be undone now.

Smriti as Simi was best in her performance. She enacted her character well.
