I think maybe Shantanu and Vikram are brothers ??The way vikram was calling Shnatanu Bhaiya in yesterdays epiosde got me suspicious..And theway both were interacting with each other

They might be both part of the PUROHIT family ???

Vikram and Shantanu might be Dev and Viveks Step brothers??

Or vikram might be a cousin and Shnatanu might be a real brother ...

So many question are going through my mind right now...

What do you guys think??😕

Vikram enough though was calling him bhaiyya, he also says that "yeh mere bhaiyya jaise hain" .. so the creatives in ydays episode clearly stated that Vikram and Shantanu are not real brothers.

vikram called Dev "bhaiya" too when he came to wish him after the 2nd marriage. They all may be related too...

No, I don't think so. Dev doesn't knows Shantanu, he knows Vikram.
