Footage of selected top 16/17 contestants

ok i'm not happy with the footage shown of the final 16/17 selected contestants😔...i know it is just not possible to show eveyone's in that 1 hour episode...but then when we just had 25 that time it was possible right😉...maybe instead of a one hour episode and half an hour extraa they shud have a 1 and a half hour episode where they wud have shown every contestant's singing...wasn't it possible that they cut down on that unrequired drama and showed more of singing...bcoz now from next week on we have theatre rounds starting and majority of the singers we r not even sure about how good they r🤔...we have hardly seen their singing since the first round except for a selected few...and Vishwas and Rachna ka toh woh bhi nahi dekha tha😆 They both r surely the underdogs😉😛

yeah i wish they did show more performances..this going all too fast...

very true...atleast that way we cud have known if the singers selected above the ones eliminated were really very good or not😉...i mean obviously the judges r great and mostly correct...but sometimes they do goof up by not selecting good singers...after all they too r human and bound to make errors😆

I agree , i wanted to see Yashraj's performance😳 but it wasnt shown!! That made me even more nervous while waiting for the results as i didnt even know how he actually sang.😆

yeah exactly...n i think a major reason why ppl connected with Geetesh so much, bc they shown all of his performances...if we seen some of the others performances..the majority wouldnt be too crazy, or sad that Geetesh got eliminated...

Manisha said that judges told her that she sounded "Besuri" in the av, now she got selected in top contestants. Now it makes me wonder why they never showed us her peformances and the comments she got. Couple of them who got eliminated hadnt even got any negative coments 😈

The new round that they added this season - on Thursday's episode, was actually extremely interesting. It would have been spectacular to see all the contestants go through with this final imtihan ... the idea was definitely creative. And I think it most certainly tested a singer's true potential. I wish they had done a better job airing this round and all of the theatre round. We barely saw any performances in the last two episodes - at least not the ones I wanted to see!

American Idol does a good job covering their Hollywood round, they do their best to show as many performances as possible - group and solos. Indian Idol is so focused on creating unnecessary drama that they forget that this is a SINGING competition.

I guess judges must have seen something good in those who are selected.
Let's see how they go on with the show. I hope they prove themselves.
