monday preview---& a debate!!

this came in bombay times..

jassi is shattered with no gulmohar, no baby, no armaan only a strained marriage. will jassi be able to come out of it?

i m very angry with the makers at yday's pathetic show. what are they trying to show that their main protagnist is that stupid and arrogant and stubborn that she wont care for anything but gulmohar. she wont listen to her friend or her hubby and wont take precautions for her baby which wud have been the result of her love for her husband.

what did she gain by being careless. isnt any pregnant woman aware that at the first sign of discomfort u r supposed to go to doctor and not run around, kya yahi sikhaya gaya hai.

i agree its only a drama but if it is so then why the makers and channel promote the protagnist as role model. they should stop making publicity in this manner and portray her as ordinary person. here i m talking about the story writers and the makers and the character not the lead actors.

if this woman is called so called role model then i dont think anyone wud want to be like her at all. with her stubbornness she didnt get anything and whatever she had she lost.

i only fear the worst end for this serial. sorry dont bash me up but i think if jassi is like this and no one can sympathise with her and i think the serial cud end kkusum way with the death of the protagnist. though no one wud want it so and we know this serial has been better than any other serial but after yday pathetic episode i really dont have anything better for the show or the character. this pregnancy was goin to be terminated thats why jassi was shown in dream with big tummy.

i m totally disgusted and upset by this.

gosh 😕 .....please..she just had a miscarriage.....and it was a heart wrentching episode..not a pathetic one..,...and why cannot we give the actors a break....wouldnt it be boring for them to only enact the happy scenes.......miscarriage is a normal thing and we have seen worse things on the show like the running away and the PMS.....and about the serial's end....i can put all my money in this bet that jjkn will have a good ending....kkusum has many problems like anuj saxena was thrown out/he quit and amit sareen died and all that...here none of the main characters are dead in jjkn 😕 ....and whenever jjkn ends, it will end in the best possible way....and why wasthe miscarriage so shocking......i mean we knew beforehand that the miscarriage is going to happen......and jassi has always been careless and clumpsy.....i think many people have forgotton the initial episodes of jjkn where jassi keeps dropping things ....and jassi is no more considered to be any role model...after the running away and the PMS, no one has any respect for the character "Jasmeet Walia".....so i really dont care that the makers are portraying jassi as a careless and ignorant woman....jaye baad mein jassi aur uski mahaantha😡....i am happy that the track is moving pretty well and even if a-j split temporarily, i am not really going to care😃...heck, i sat and watched all those nainital episodes🤢...this is nothing compared to that......no offense..just my views

exactly my views, i care two hoots about ms. jassi and her sob stories, dont care even if they r separated 4 ever,😕 i ll still watch the show , and arman😳

i do not watch the show any longer but i think you are right to target your anger on the makers. the characters of armaan and jassi are what they make them out to be. she was supposed to be examplery but they do not know what that means any longer.....

well buffy thats my anger yes naintal and pms and all track was horrid but why then do makers want to portray their main character as role model and good woman always. why cant she be shown as ordinary woman with flaws. i m not talkin about armaan here at all.if i had to i wud say but there is nothing to say there about him

TOTALLY AGREED CB on the DISGUSTED part, totally totally..

i don't think miscarriages should be used in storylines with any hidden agenda by writers. that makes me very very upset, sad, sick and disgusted. The show has kicked its bucket for me with that.

jassi has no reason to stick around in GM when armaan himself is out of it. why can't she let aryan's GM go to hell? why can't she start from scratch with armaan and make another dream fashion house and destroy aryan's GM.
she created karishma, how hard is it to create GM with nandu & armaan? she is no role model for anybody anymore. she was ready to destroy GM when her maksad was taking revenge and destroying armaan. now why does she have to be aryan's juti just to sit her @ss in GM? that's NO enterpreneurship of any class.. sad sad sad.
what's up with Maddy and juggy?? somebody should have killed them instead of ashish.

I still believe that JJKN will end on a high and better note ( well, anything will be better than where we are right now 😭 😭 ) i am sure she is on the verge of losing armaan soon and she should be. she has to repent for all her recent horrible behaviour. i wasn;t expecteing her to be on maternity (oops maternal 😆 😆) leave for 9 months, but all this un-necessary drama she made herself part of was annoying for me. ever since she got pregnant, i was afraid of this loss.

okay, now babaji and everyone with a bit of sensibility and logic, please put some brain in that empty skull of jassi. at this point, i cant even say armaan will undrstand her, cos he probably won;t. I wouldn;t either.
😡 . i just hope he doesn't fall for eewwlie.

i have begun to love u guys so much, and i love armaan so much, and since he loves jassi so much, and since i want janda forever.. i will continue to follow this show. else i feel like sayin adios to jassi. 😭

i know qt i guess i also wanted to vent out my frustrations. yday was so bad day in dynd also the gal who was playing got only chloromint which is of 50paise and all were cryin and even though we knew jassi was goin to lose her baby we were prepared for that but my writing this piece is why she is shown as superwoman with brains.
she is no role model for anyone
and its common sense at slight discomfort u r supposed to go to doc immediately what was she doin being PT USHA

thats why im frustrated
i can only accept that jassi is ordinary woman with faults and she is not that intelligent as she is portrayed as

well cb, I dont think the makers are trying to protray jassi as a mahaan....she was a mahaan when the show started but ever since she started fudging balance sheets, she lost that status......then followed the blindly following armaan, fudging the balance sheets again, then the PMS, and finally to top it all off, the running away......the makers just show her to be a normal woman who is a bit special......and jassi has the flaws..she's adament, ...she never listens to armaan, she thinks that she knows everything etc etc...so she is very much portrayed to be a normal woman.....and the portrayign jassi as the virtuous obedient superwoman was the USP in 2003-2004...now the USP is the janda chemistry....I am not trying to justify jassi's actions but i'm just saying that the miscarriage track is not all that bad either.....and someone else said in another thread that this is done to raise the TVR's...i dont think so....the TVR is based on how much popular a particular track/episode is and i dont think that that miscarriage track will help the TVR's in any was as many people say that they are not going to watch the next few episodes as its dissolutioning...

buffy this is a drama i agree here and anything is possible to extend the serial. and jassi is not a normal woman here nor is she behaving like one. running away from marriage not talkin properly and behaving arrogantly and thinking world wud come to end if she stops working. and talkin about middle class girls this is not the way middle class girls behave

i dont care about trps as they r always rigged. but this show even if better than other shows still cud hv been done better ending to baad ki baat hai but thats my fear. and i was reading some post about the dialogues in the end and which cud imply that she is setting armaan free but thats another story

anycase i jst needed outlet to take all out then i wud be ok
