nothing fresh about SR

A lot of posts on this forum about refreshing and something new about SR...

so instead of visiting their posts and commenting which might lead to world war III..thought lemme open mine...so can just express my views..

So...getting married due to societal or circumstancial pressures, and without your hearts or minds consent in it..is a new concept on TV. Reallyyyyyyyyyy now ??

and then due to circumstances...getting attracted and drawing close is new..???!!!😆....err sounding familiar???.

dont most of serials work on this same, ghisa pita, unreal, unpractical concept...zabardasti ki shaadi aur phir zabardasti se pyaar thing....😆

and whats new here...this formula is as vintage on TV as do bhaio ka bichadna and badla and what not in phillums...

i am not an avid TV watcher but some examples of this sooo stale idea are..kutumb, banoo main teri dulhan, parivaar, kayamat, kasam se, kasauti zindagi ki, bidaai, sasuraal genda phool, odhani, kumkum...actually all K shows and a million other shows..

so this shaadi ho gayi to pyaar bhi hoga hi...is not the heights of creativity...actually thinking of a genuine and true love story ( without getting them forcibly married), making two characters gradually fall in love and then sustain and grow in that love ...that was unique on our TV...cant say we have any other example of love lasting for two and half years as the main theme of a show ...now thats fresh my friends!!!!!!.....want a fresh take on love....look at ARMAAN AND RIDHIMA....can bet cant find another one like them😉.

PS...PLZ ADD THE NAMES OF THE SHOWS THAT HAVE SHOWN THIS CONCEPT TOO....as i said i m not a TV watcher

my take exactly !!

two lovers...... seperated due to circumstances (sorry i can't use the word 'fate'. soo don't believe in it)
girl gets married to another guy who is obviously the perfect husband..... does not force her or anything..... both of them don't get along well..... guy knows the girl's history... does not try to come close to her or anything...... and then the girl falls for him thinking that he's such a great guy and both live happily ever after........

i've never watched any of the K shows but i know her stories always are.....
either the lovers get together after the husband of the protagonist turns negative or the above mentioned case......

a total cliche !!!

just my POV... ppl are welcome to argue in a civil manner.. 😊

well said yaar..now a days all the serials are in the same...but in this case it is not intersting.........only AR love is true.i think MJHT track is well..Nupur joined her hnds with her love myank..i just wanted like that...

WATS NEW IN THIS CONCEPT YAAR...i have seen so many shows having same concepts i do agree some of them potray these in a very flawless and awesome manner like sasuraal genda phool...bcoz they actually potray this concept very beautifully but have seen this happening zillions of times....n SR TRACK WASNT ANYTHING NEW

I know- its so damn cliched really. Why cant they find new concepts and this is a light hearted romantic comedy show- based in medical field really- there should be plenty of ways to show different stories and couples together.....just copy Grey's Anatomy or Scrubs for god sake- they are much better than this saas bahu and shaadi drama that has been done in 100s of shows by Ekta and whatever her last name is.
