Arhaan Behl got an injury on his hand during the fight scene with Kunal/Angad.
I think he tried to be a prankster like he supposedly is and catch the knife some how and cut his hand. It was a small cut, but deep and had to go to the hospital. He's fine now cause he's Baba and nothing gets him down
