why such a hars remark....

yes mahi sometimes treats shiv awful.... but still she considers him a friend... her child hood friend....

this girl just had her first love and heartbreak.... 2 things at once....for a girl like mahi to fall in love is not the same as for girl with the size small or medium...

she is extra extra large...most off the time all your dreams, joy and size are gathered in this first love.. when ishaan broke her heart ...all the things she thought which were her strong pionts (character) went all down the drain cause off her one flaw..

yes, I agree she isn't treating shiv so nice...but one thing is clear... she has opened up herself more to him then to her 2 best friends.... he knows all her flaw's and dreams...yes she has a fear that he will use it against her...cause the first time she did her heart was crushed... she doesn't want that to happen again ...

pushing him (shiv) away... makes her feel save... she just can't handle shiv cause he has the abblity to get in side the real mahi....at this moment dev is the save place....he will never expect something for her form the inner...

Everything you said in bold.... wow! That's an interesting view! I didn't think about it this way.... But it does make more sense... She's going through the denial phase. And during this phase people find faults with everything/one that's related to their denial. Mahi's doing the same with Shiv....

Shali i love what you said what mystery put in bold, i was thinking something like that too.....and i hopee that they show that this is the reason y she is being all rude to shiv! then it will make sense....

so true...bt u knw Mahi symbolises the saying never go behind the one u love bt be always there for the one who loves u.....Shiv is always there for Mahi..so Mahi takes himfor granted..and she runs behind tht stupid dev and even ishaan..i dnt knw whts in her mind..with due respect to all writers they all r really fun....they dnt jst sit and write and talk abt poems all day ...bt dev is so boring..bt mahi finds him interesting..bechara shiv rally mein 11th aaya to kya hua??atleast he tried..and mahi wants a man who is interesting..fun..adventurous...now tell me Mahi who is more adventurous???
maybe Mahi feels tht u knw Shiv is like so nice with her always..he does tht bcoz he is her frnd..its a usual human tendency tht whn u get things right in frnt of u easily u ignore it and run behind the ones which r impossible to get and thn realise t was sjt futile running behind it coz they dnt deserve u..and thts wht Mahi is doing..actually i think she is doing allthis more for the society thn for herself..she wants to show them off tht she can get any guy..something on those lines..bt soon she will realise tht Shiv is the only genuine person out there...hope so..fingers crossed...
and yai too dnt want Shiv to propose Mahi right now..its too early...let Mahi first get out of this confusion..let her realise how important Shiv is for her..let her realise tht the way she treats Shiv is completely wrong..i want Mahi to realise her love thn all this confession thing..warna ab to agar Shiv ne propose kar diya to maybe jst for the sake of it tht atleast someone is proposing her..someone loves her she will say yes..bt tht wnt be nice..i want her to truely love Shiv..

hey i jst posted my comment bt after reading ur post i think my point of view is also changing..i mean u r right...Mahi did confide in Shiv so many times..she is in denial stage...i loved the way u see this whole scenario..Shiv can actually see inside out Mahi...so she is scared tht she will be weak in front of him or maybe he will bring her insecurities on the forefront..and ya this i felt was true whn i watched the art gallery scene..u knw the way tht ishaan's gf insulted Mahi and walked away tht was the exact moment Shiv was there so Mahi was like cant u leave me alone.??tht was bcoz she felt tht shiv knws her so well..he will understand she is hurt bcoz they talked to her so rudely...and she didnt want to show her weakness right now...thts y she ran away frm shiv.........

yeah u guyz are right Mahi really didnt deserve Shive.......Shive Is really acute guy....but Mahi act as if he is the Noting but a stupid.....In the art exhibition Mahi behaved very rudely with Shive I felt really very Bad for him..... :-(

New to this forum .....

I think cause mahi has always faced secondary treatment she has started to live in a fictitious world, so she dreams of a romance like DDLJ and probably of a guy like Raj ....so its all fiction for her cause it takes her away from the harsh reality ....she even tends to fall for guys who are fake with her and in front of whom she puts up a fake act as well cause i think neither ishaan nor dev have seen or met the real Mahi ...

As for Shiv ...bec there is the real mahi involved thats why she doesnt take it seriously cause its all abt of fiction being real for mahi ..in her brief relationships i guess mahi has been the one doing things for the guy but with Shiv its the other way rnd ...he doesnt give her a chance ...and almost knows whats up with her all the time and is ready with a sol always .....so its a little hard for her to digest cause its not like its meant to be in her fictitious world ...Shiv breaks the walls of fiction she has built arnd herself and that bothers her somewhere ....

Also i guess sometimes the best things in life come easy and therefore are taken for granted ...that is probably the case with Shiv in Mahi's life.....

As for Shiv proposing to Mahi ...i so wished Mahi wud realise Shiv's worth in her life before something like this happened ...

I have written enuf crap ....hope it makes some sense somewhere .......

I agree wd u! She totally doesn't deserve Shiv! She's mean and selfish... after all that the guy did for her she so conveniently ignores him and treats him like shit .. who does she think she is ?? 😕

She comes across as a masochist to me .. she likes being treated like shit and dislikes ppl who treat her nicely 🤪LOVE to her is just about marrying a good looking glamorous guy and get his surname dats all ... she's a bad friend .. its fine if she doesn't love shiv but the way she's been treating him is sad and disgusting :(
