they really showed the problems between the couple

i wanted to see soemthing like that between Simbhi

That story had so much potential and it still has if used or I mean to say written properly....

How a couple cope with the mental differences and their views of life....The writers need to seriously focus their attention on the issue at hand and not create new ones and expect us to forget the old ones....And why is RB getting all the screen time? Isn't the show about KB.. When did he become part of that? UUFF the writers are literally making me pull my own hair out of frustration......I hope Simi ka dimak thikane pe hai aaj😕

Folks first of all I know it for a fact the real estate laws in India are very difficult , complex and longer than the western world.
Second the law is in the favor of the occupants for a looooong time and they get their merry way over the original owner.
Thirdly the involving of the papers would have been cleared but was not done because then we the viewer can't be made fools if we could so easily do the paper trail😒 and that was a no no from the creative's
