Is it correct what they are showing.

A stay order is obtained only against a filed complaint.

Why are all worrying saying countdown..7days,6 days.

These people dont have to vacate 12/24. Bhalla has to first file a complaint saying people are not vacating his house which he claims as his. After that the court gives a deadline for the people to vacate within a time frame. Within that time frame, these people have to move the court to obtain a stay against the order to vacate.

One fine day, a common man cant claim a property is his and throw a deadline.

First he has to prove in court that property is his.

Am i correct. Any one who actually knows.

Arre,If CVs cant actually spend money and time for the actual procedure involved in law, didn't they know Neil Bhatt has completed (or i dont know if) studying Law.

I think in the scene where Simi chalks out the plan for next day's outing with Abhi, I had seen a book on Business Law in the bookshelf Abhi was leaning on to. So law books doing the rounds in 12/24. They could have asked him to get the relevant law book relating to property issues at least

Mesimi, i think bhalla had come to KB with a lawyer and then he told the sethi parivaar to leave with 7 days notice.

they diddnt show the full conversation but once he had come with a lawyer

Kya yaar Mesimi...why are you trying to make sense of a senseless issue? Since when have many of the things on KB made any sense?

Tell me how many people you know that have two birthdays in one year...Or how many married people you know you have not had their SR after all this time?

We are talking about the writers of KB! If we had any expectations that they are or were willing to show any kind of logical senseable act we would have seen it long time ago.....They have taken a story that started out with so much hope and turned it into trash....

Don't waste your time talking logic...you understand there is stupidity involved in this story...I understant that...most everyone on this forum understands that...but DO NOT expect the writers to understand that!

I am a fighter. I am still trying the fight from my end that Simi will not have to say yes. Arre yaar, i 've got serious watching this. And when i had called Zee, they had told me...serial hai na...

problem is i am thinking as though its real situation.

Kya karoon, how long to swallow this without complaining

I think since they did not get stay order in time they have to vacate 12/24 as far as I understand the law, that is why they were in hurry to get the stay order.

Hopefully Abhi will find some one to issue the stay order and get bhalla out of their hopefully making him half dead.

Mesimi i am not sure about the lawyer with RB , but I thought i saw something like that. any ways enough damage is already done ................... but forget that my question is inspite of they been given seven days why did they try to file petition on the last day.

exactly tha tis my question too. They should have done this first day,

But if they got stay order then how can they send Simi to RB? Their thoughts are so disgusting pathetic sick.. Yuck.

Yaar kya Rabi...this is the KB writers we are talking about....they will make us forget Bhalla even came to KB and said all those things.....If the writers forget the lawyer we have no choice but to follow suit.....That is the only way one's sanity will last watching this show.............
