He has this mysterious look which tells that there is something fishy about this guy....

Clearly Dev is gay, the way he rushed off to be with Eshaan, his complete aloofness with Mahi. You would have to be a gadda (donkey) to not notice she is trying to impress him. And now especially in the promo where he tells Mahi he's never had a girlfriend, it all points towards him being gay. Plain and simple. But lets wait and see what happens eh?

for sum reason i also feel he's gay or probably has a gf or sumthing already...idk he seems a bit weird to me allowing mahi do all those work...atleast for sum courtesy he shudnt allow her to do his work

Yeah, so easily he asks her to do stuff like cleaning his house and make him omelettes! In *his* house!
And he's so self-absorbed! Bad idea, Mahi! This Dev guy is not into Mahi or anyone else, he's too busy being into himself.
