Shiv Confessing to Mahi - Dream or Reality?

Well, I'm just confused if Shiv proposing to Mahi is reality or one of Mahi's dreams.

Imagination - Could be. Roshni is going to propose to Nikhil so maybe from that Mahi is also imagining Shiv proposing to her. After Shiv just totally owned Ishan in the last episode, I'm sure Mahi is really impressed. The way she was saying "wow" and giving Shiv a cute smile gave it away. So right now he would be a rockstar for her.

Reality? - It seems very much so from Mahi's expressions. If she was fantasizing then she would be smiling when Shiv proposed na? But her expressions were more of a shock and surprise. As if she wasn't expecting Shiv would say that but at the same time is loving it.

Reality and Something else - Well, this crazy idea came to my mind... Could this go KKHH hai track? Shiv says all that to Mahi and then Mahi says yes and Shiv says, "woh yehi kahegi na?" and Mahi asks "who?" and Shiv tells her about this girl he likes and is going to propose to. I know, I know absurd thought 😳😆 But I'd be actually happy if this happens 😛 Don't want to sound harsh but I want Mahi to realize what Shiv means to her and that will happen when she sees her dating another girl. She will realize how mistakenly she has been taking him for granted. Of course in the end I want Mahi and Shiv to be together. But for awhile I think this will be a good track so Mahi can get over Ishan-Dev type guys forever and realize Shiv is the one!
