reading your post reminded me of those sid and Tam moments
kuch khaas hai and ankhon mein teri ajab si were two very rocking song sequeneces- Sid use to act so cute those days
but on a different note-i guess you are right

Kuch Khaas hai was a dream sequence, nothing like that happened actually, it was Sid dreaming of those romantic scenes, they were just together in a cottage and before Tam left, things were made clear that Sid never loved Tam. But I can definitely sense the insecurities of SR coming together.
