DID2 not even close to DID1

Today I watched some of the DID1 dances and I have to admit that DID2 doesn't even come close to DID1. there is no act that can match jai's trampoline, tap dance, classical (hum dil de chuke hai sanam dance) etc etc, mayuresh's aerial act (terence team didn't do much aerial act this year), price in L&P, Salman's few act etc...salman and alisha did a few good dance together.

DID 1 was better than DID 2.. also during the last season concept was fresh and new.. it kept us entrained till last..

last season I had few fav contestants.. and saw some memorable performances , this year it was good not great..

also, some duet like Jai-vrushali kamasutra dance, alisha-salman masakali, salman-khusboo 1-2 dances were great!!

I agree, Last season themes and dances were great !! like kadmo ki boli and romantic duets, save the earth/environment , MJ's dances , even master's rounds were much better

and Remo was in full form too, he did show us some good choregraphy...........this season he was kinda low profile and didnt see any extra ordinary from him.

Jai had some of the BEST solos last year! And who can forget Mayuresh's Dil se dance! IMO, no aerial act has ever come close to it!

Terence did stay away from aerial acts this year, but there were so many aerial acts this season anyways that I feel like aerial acts kinda lost their charm..

And yes, in my opinion, DID1 was better. I felt like more dancers shone in the DID1 than DID2. I think a lot of it has to with the fact that it was a new show at that time. First time will always be special and the best. Like SRGMP 05 was amazing for me, and after that I gradually lost interest...

Yea ..when i saw the auditions of DID 2 i had lot of expectations from dharmesh esp..hes so over rated from their on...Only Shakti,Amar..n sm vry few were good..basically coz Terence is the best choreographer...Remo and Geeta have been plain bad...Not utilised talent properly, their choreography,dances concepts were very lame...People like Nikkitash,Shashank,even D sir though i dont like him but still i seriously feel these were some talents just wasted......I think just Terence's dances are memorable from DID 2...esp the first one Khuda jaane of Shakti -Amar was ultimate!!!

Last year choreography was mindblowing, this year it went downhill but dancers were better!
I dun no mayb it's becauz " they always want to show something new" and we failed to see the same old charm in new danceforms they showed this season.. 😳
