I am always the kind to stand up for the underdog. When 17 year olds doing so well, who do people like ADWARKANATH bash them with so much vengeance. I dont see him or people like in the lime light. It is easy to stay beside your computer and criticise people. Shame on you, people. You dont have to support anybody, you can quitely vote and wait for the results. I guess there is no drama in this. But, put yourselves in the place of these young boys and girls on the stage before you talk too much.

As I have said before, all of these people are suitable for certain songs and they all stand a chance of doing well in Bollywood. I think Debo has a sweet voice, but he does not leave a lasting impression like Hema or Vinit or Nihira or even Aishwarya or Abhijeet. I am surprised he is still there and that brings out the flaws of the system.

So, intelligent people, just stay calm and stop emoting so much. I was listening to Kumar Sanu and he is definitely not one of the best. He has done well....!!!

Give all of these people a chance including Vinit and they may do well. I only feel bad that he is only 17, I hope he finishes his school .

Reading the above two posts (Laughi and angel) reminds me of a phrase :

" A fool always finds a greater fool to admire him ...."

😉 😉 😉

P.S. What has age got to do with music ?? Khayyam at over 80 currently is composing music for a Gautam Ghose movie. Go through the annals of history of musicians in both the indian world and western world and you'll find instances of all ages ... If you feel so bothered about Vinit being 17 and being subjected to all kinds of critiques and flaks, take him out of the contest ... better still he shouldn't have participated and continued with his acads .... If you're in a contest, be game about it ......

its not bashing vinit But now its a need to show his -Ves same as it was need for HR to talk about vinits love in the show just to pull vinit in the final. When ppl brings vinit love in the show and poluted the show I will make sure to punish them by doing anything.

If it was about talent, sur, and voice…Hema & Nihira would have won this competition. But that never happened. So all we are left with is emotional allegiance & personal preference. From my point of view…both Vinit & Debo are great in their genre (while Hema & Nihira were complete package). I like softer songs, and more classical touch so I am going for Debo. Also, SRGMP has been great example of carrying tradition and great values forward. To me those values of humility, tradition, respect are more evident in Debo-ID duo.
And I don't think most of the people are displeased with Vinit. HR has ruined the credibility of this show, by exerting his new found power on fellow mentors, contestants, and judges/VIP guests. He is the one people bash, not Vinit.

You guys neither can take in criticism properly neither can give back one !!!

Two points : One - Writing few words in big doesn't make it the truth so u'r better off avoiding it. Two - If I didn't respect the writer's opinion, I wouldn't have spent my time in composing my thoughts and replying to it ... Unfortunately, your post had nothing in opposition save a statement about taking a dig at Debo's fans. Bring the logic in as well. It ofcourse is understandable that sense hardly prevails in few of you peeps who's more interested in how Vinit looks, walks, sleeps or wears a topi and makes pretentious claims about his love instead of how he sings ....

P.S. : What do you call your mom and dad, angel ?? Oldies or Buddha/Buddhi ?? For you peeps, oldies means useless right ... applies everywhere ??

😉 😉 😉

i think a healthy discussion can be done without passing personal remarks on each other.vinitno matter how he sings but gets full credit for making such nice effort in his age , full credit to him. we could do without bashing him and allow others to give their opinions even if he/she is a teen-ager.

Before picking on others, how about u support your statement with some facts. The statement in bold clearly shows your biasness towards another contestant and it invites for counter-arguments. Did u put yourself in debo's position (pretty much what u r asking others to do)? Adwarakanath doesn't just state "debo rocks" or "hema rocks" and leave it at that. he backs his claim with technical points of music (whether u disagree with it or not is not the issue, point is that he supports his argument with something).

also the underdog is a personal opinion. To me vinit was the underdog before agnipariksha but from 3rd round onwards he was never the underdog.

if u started this thread only for time-pass and not serious about it, then forget what I said. 😉

Yep, friend17, I agree.

Underdog is now Debo. So Laughi, you should be supporting Debo, instead of Vinit!
